Great family firm offering an excellent service. Answered all my questions several times, nothing seemed too much trouble. Expedited my order to ensure it was received in time for fitting whilst installers are on-site. Can't recommend them enough.

Bought my Solar Watermate mini so I could enjoy one month of summer out of the country and safely leave my Hydroponic set up in good “AI” hands. Had a slight blip 24 hrs before flying off BUT was offered a replacement by 12- midday next day. I had a kit installed the day I returned (after an improvised Plan B) which worked immediately and no compromise to plants. Service and advice is second to none …Great thanks to Chris, Theo and Stacy.

The customer service from start to finish for my purchase was excellent. Definitely recommended them. Stacy was exceptional and answered any questions I had.

Great helpfully service and great products

I bought the Harvst WaterMate Pro system. Both pre- and after-sales service were excellent, and I am very happy with the sophistication and efficiency of the system. Some initial problems with using the new wireless humidity sensor to control humidity using misters were swiftly resolved, including revisions made to the controller firmware and webapp software - all within 24 hours!

A couple of minor pieces missing from the order easily done taking into account the amount supplied .Sent an email at 7am got a positive response by 7.10 am. This company are on it ! I was expecting a week to ten days for my order as you do with most companies if not using Amazon. Arrived within two , very happy with service and product. So glad I chose a British company. Well done . Wishing you all the best in the growth of your business.

I bought my 4 season Harvst greenhouse about a month ago and I am very pleased with it - the automatic watering and the grow lights have helped me produce plentiful supplies of herbs and lettuce even though I planted late. I am inspired to grow more crops now. Harvst staff have been very helpful when I have had queries both with the construction and with the operation.

I have bought two WaterMate Pros, one for a polytunnel and one for a greenhouse. Both are really good, and I have connected them each to 1T IBC water containers I bought for £75 each, almost new. the WaterMates empty these in about a fortnight.
I struggled to get them both going at the beginning of this season, and after sending in a support email, I was asked to send them back to Harvst. Within a few days they were back, new firmware, batteries. etc, and both fired up instantly and are now watering the plants. well done Chris and the team at Harvst.

We bought a Watermate Pro for our 8x6 greenhouse and fruit bed whilst we were away. A couple of initial issues were promptly and courteously dealt with. 2 years later and we’ve added another greenhouse, another Watermate and about to add a third. A problem with the initial control unit is being dealt with.
Nice to deal with a company that continues to provide support after the initial warranty period.

I have had a WaterMate Mini, for about 18 months. It's been working reliably watering a 10x8 greenhouse. The only real problem we've had was fixed remotely by Harvst over the recent Easter weekend (!).
I'm slowly updating the WaterMate to the WaterMate Pro specification, via the Harvst online shop. The pump has been upgraded to the Pro Pump so a larger area can be watered, and the single 5 W solar panel has made way for two 10 W panels.

Excellent product worked well all season in the greenhouse for tomatoes and other plants. One minor item, jubilee clip screw on the submersed pump rusted.

I'm loving my Harvst modle S6 mini greenhouse it's perfect for growing all 4 seasons, it comes with irrigation watering system and heater which can be managed from your smartphone, it's the ideal mini greenhouse even for small gardens or patio.

Really helpful advice on the phone to recommend the right automatic watering equipment for installation into wooden greenhouse. A few additional parts supplied with quick friendly response to solve minor setup issues.
The kit has worked faultlessly all season, and was controllable from abroad.
Would love the addition of an automated liquid feed doser to make this the perfect setup.

Absolutely excellent, had a problem and it was fixed so quickly…. Will be getting another watering system for the greenhouse after the success in the Polycrub
