No Customerservice

No Customerservice. I wrote them several emails because i needed support. I have never gotten any answere. i cant recommend hasbro if you know you will need suppport because they have none and dont care about you they just want your money and thats all

Online Ordering Frustration

I ordered the new Heroquest First Light from the UK website last year. Many months passed since then, and of course, my bank card had since changed. Instead of contacting me to notify me of a failed payment due to expiry, they cancelled my order. The item is now out of stock and unlikely to be available for some time now. Disappointed and frustrated by the whole experience.

Stoped replying to my emails about my…

Stoped replying to my emails about my item whitch still isnt here after nearly a mounth and a half. Made me fill out forms for dhl that iv never reciveced a reply from , that was 2 weeks ago. The worst company iv ever bought somthing from and my issue is far from being resolved.

Never preorder from them

I preordered an item on the site and paid full price, less than a week later this item went on discount. This listing was apparently an error and was taken down not long after. I called customer service asking if they could refund me the discounted amount since others had managed to take advantage of the error and was told nothing could be done. I asked them to cancel all my preorders in response. Zero respect for a regular customer and zero desire to retain them.

Hasbro pulse and Yodel a TERRIBLE combination.

Hasbro pulse uses Yodel as a delivery service.Yodel is a shockingly bad company who's drivers lie and like to claim they have attempted delivery despite being caught on CCTV never actually approaching the property.

I will never use Hasbro pulse again and Yodels customer service is disgusting you've no recourse other than live chat or email between the two, replies are slow and few.Do yourself a favour and spare the utter disaster that is Hasbro pulse.

USE OTHER STORES

In the UK they use a fraudulent delivery service called Yodel, who are more likely to steal your parcels than actually deliver them. Have had numerous problems with my deliveries from Pulse because of this, including ,as mentioned, my parcels being stolen by delivery drivers who lie, completely unaware that we have a Ring camera so know that they never delivered.
If you can, I recommend ordering from other stores, even if it costs more, because that way you are actually likely to recieve your items, and not pay double the price on the after market, because Hasbro's terrible distribution means that desirable items get sold out before release, so when your order gets stolen, you cant order again, so just order from elsewhere in the first place and avoid this crap company.

I will never order from Hasbro Pulse again while they continue to use Yodel.

Hasbro's business is a double-edged…

Hasbro's business is a double-edged cutting sword be very careful, Hasbro Pulse Premium is pure scam scumbag move to rake in money and the biggest proof is the Cobra Once A Man GI Joe Classified 6inch figure! not a fan of the Cobra once a man figure but I still feel upset for how Hasbro disrespects its customers the point of the membership is to help hard core collectors get a chance, Sadly Hasbro learning from Scalpers and letting them purchase all the stock and quantities forcing us to buy off of third-party sites which is just absurd and outrageous! Best Advice for any Collector!

1.Don't ever be a sellout to Hasbro
2.You are the customer demand what you want
3.Don't be afraid to let Hasbro know how you feel about the mistreatment
4. Start buying from Non-Hasbro stores
(Buy From Mercari Sellers, or local stores)
5.Make an online petition to ban exclusive Hasbro products throughout the United States. It will seller better as fan-channel, or Mainline series!

Even after all this Mayhem frustration and outrageousness, I still purchase Hasbro products but not from their main Site, i help the other stores and Honest Sellers on Mercari i rather support smaller business then the main business that doesn't even give the hard working collector a chance to buy one, or 2 figures it's sad Hasbro grow-up and stop supporting scalpers without us fan y'all would be middle-class teir workers!

*PREMIUM* only good for 1 thing

You get free shipping. Thats the ONLY reason to sign up for premium. Anything else Hasbro says about a Premium membership is inconsistent, buggy and in many cases pointless.

Premium says members get an exclusive pre-order period an hour before general pre-order.
Except that most scalpers are premium members and are buying the max quantities to sell on 3rd party markets. Many times a pre-order begins and items are sold out within MINUTES....so what difference does it make for a paying member for the rest of that hour?
Sometimes, new items go up for pre-order and there is no Premium member period at all. In those cases, they are mass produced items that Hasbro, I suppose, is going to keep in stock. But I dont care if they are going to make a trillion units. I paid for premium and one of the perks is the premium member pre-order period. That should happen EVERY time regardless of the planned units to be produced.

Premium members do get the occasional higher discount, but I think I've seen that happen maybe twice? So during a sales event, everyone else gets 15% off while a premium member gets 30%, something to that effect.
Sounds great...until you factor in the virtual battle royale of scalpers rushing in to buy up as much stock as they can. Cool, I COULD have gotten 30% off that one item had someone else not bought the maximum of 5 per customer on 5 accounts. Oh, there was one time where a $100 item was 30% off for premium members during a sale and after 1 day it was SOLD OUT! But wait... as soon as the sale period ended.... its in stock? Will the real slim shady please stand up?

OH and OH!!! Lets not forget to mention... you kind of have to know WHEN the pre-orders are happening, right? There have been times where pre-orders and events started and no email, no push notification. There have been times where a notification came AFTER the event/sale started. One time they literally sent an email out AFTER the item in the email had already sold out a half hour prior to the email.

But then here's the thing... their shipping prices are kind of painful. If you make anywhere between 3 to 5 orders in one year from hasbro pulse, then you've easily just paid for a premium membership.

Easily the best online site for buying…

Easily the best online site for buying marvel legends, the shipping is fed ex and super fast. They do not use the mail, they have great sales and you get your figures brand new in the box. No delays no losing packages. I love using the site has been better than bbts Amazon eBay. My go to for action figures.

GREAT SERVICE!

I was very apprehensive about ordering from here due to the reviews (but I couldn’t get a mandalorian helmet anywhere else so I took the risk).

I am so glad I did! It dispatched very quick, emails were answered promptly and it was delivered within two days!!
It was cheaper than anywhere else too.

I will be ordering from here again, thank you for making the whole process easy amongst the crazy Christmas season!!

Took a chance on mixed reviews glad I did

Fantastic service, ordered on Sunday afternoon the 2 pack of peter parker and Smythe. It arrived Tuesday morning, was abit apprehensive of buying from Hasbro pulse uk because of the mediocre reviews however my experience was brilliant. Dispatched promptly and tracking provided will definitely buy many more from here again. Item was nicely packaged and didn't arrive damaged either.

Way to much work to get a refund

Refused a return of a damaged item.  Multiple calls to CS while fingers point at everyone else. They told me it's the factories responsibility and they couldn't help at first.

They refused to honor their own return policy that is listed on the site. I have never delt with an online retailer, especially one that is directly owned by the company, that straight up refuses to honor their items and return policy.

After another lengthy call that was escalated up the ladder they final accepted the request and promised change. We all know how that will go.

How is it that ever other online store has painless no problem returns? Amazon is a button press for Pete's sake! Even smaller collector sites like BBTS will take care of you no problem. Then here we have Hasbropulse fighting you tooth and nail. 

If a customer receives a literally broken item then it should be no problem for them to get results, instead of the hoops I had to jump through.

Damaged items shipped

I've had two orders shipped with the figure cards bent up like someone smashed the items into the box. Now they want me to waste my time repackaging and mailing them back to them.

Habro Pulse sucks

Habro Pulse sucks. If you don't live in a very narrow portion of the world they block you so you can't order. You can't even browse the site without getting annoying pop-ups wanting you to confirm your geographical location. This is the only company in the world that I have seen do this, and I buy from everywhere.

Top Stuff

Top Stuff, This was my 8th time buying from HasbroPulseUK and items have always been well packaged in boxes and some times packed in boxes within a box along with plenty of packing bubbles so items have always arrived in perfect condition, There advent sale was very good also was a little shame i had only recently bought some of the items when not on sale but that can happen any where. Overall very pleased and will continue to use

No one to answer phones

I cannot reach their customer service, writing this review while still on hold - the entire time it loops 10 seconds of ringing then a sentence of automated message - it's been 75 minutes and nothing is happening, there's just no answer. I don't know what else to do.

Terrible Customer Service

I placed an order for a gift. It took them 18 business days to ship it. I still have not received it. They would not let me cancel my order as they claimed it was in fulfillment status. The site itself did not list this. You have to contact them to find out. Despite being in fulfillment status, my order was not shipped until 3 weeks after I contacted them. It is difficult to get a hold of someone promptly, they take a long time to respond to emails, and the customer service chat was not up. You can call the hotline, but the waiting time estimates are very inaccurate. I was told a couple minutes of waiting and ended up waiting over 5 minutes. I was also quoted as waiting five minutes and was on hold for over 15 minutes. Buyer Beware: Also expect a pitch for their "free" shipping service Pulse Premium, which costs an annual fee. They ship with FedEx the worst of the big three carriers, so be vigilant regarding your packages.
