I have been working for the client for…

I have been working for the client for the past 6 years, she was taken over by HASCS almost two years ago and since then my worst night mare begins. I am good Care Assistant, got brilliant relation with my client her husband and rest of the family. Since I worked for HASCS I haven’t been given any regular hours at work, they play me every month, sometimes they give me work and make me a bit calmer end month after they will give me one shift over the whole month. Last year I have been very unwell and diagnosed with life condition and been off from work for 4 months when doctor gave me fit note the company played me for 2 months keeping me off the rota. I have written formal complains twice and it never been addressed back to me. The manager when spoken to always says he is not responsible for my absence In the rota and that it’s not personal. The company wants to employ people from the Philippine, they are racists. They are dishonest and don’t care for loyal workers.
As they care provider they are good as my client don’t complain about the service.

At first the company and the managers…

At first the company and the managers were lovely but i now realise its was all a mind game to keep me. It was always unsafe because they couldn't provide my right package of care.The main mangers where very pushy and try to make you make choices about things you weren't happy about.
A lot of things happend and a lot of investigation had to be done because the managers never passed on any info for the carers and nurses before starting. ( I asked them to pass on my details and what to do several times but they still didn't)

My carers and nurses were great but behind the scenes it is awful and really messes up care they have no organisation. They have a lot of managers but hardly any managing and its all about the money. Instead of getting things right for the clients.

So if you want care and want to feel safe and want to make sure the management is good This is not the care company for you.
My personal advice is to just stay away from this company and its unsafe and unsupported and unorganised mangers and false hope. (its all lies)
HASCS made my life so much worse when it should of made it better.

I am very disappointed and very sad that there is a care company out there who cant get things right and not keep there clients safe.
Also i feel sorry for the staff who are being lied to so that they don't leave.

Any negative reviews you see below is the REAL HASCS, anything positive is written by current employees after being coerced to do so.

Don’t waste your time

I worked for hascs for a year and what started off as a good turned out really really poor. The owner of the company is absolutely shocking and is just all about money grabbing. They say they deliver bespoke person cantered care….yeah…only when it suits them. They don’t care about the clients wishes, especially in their own home. Avoid this company at all costs. The amount of people that have been ‘let go’ is unbelievable. If you value your job, don’t ever question the management. If you value your home life..it’s simple, don’t think about working for this company. You get no recognition for all the time and hard work you put in. You only get noticed when something isn’t done. If they say in your interview that they will agree to something, do not believe them because they will change their mind. Don’t waste your time.
I’m only giving a 1 star because I can’t leave 0!!

My time with Hascs 5 stars

My time with Hascs was very short as my wife sadly passed away with MND motor neurone disease.
My wife was in desperate need of a care team and they answered the call.
Their professionalism and outstanding management of the care of my wife was breathtaking, I only wish I had found them/know about them long before.

An example of their professionalism; I witnessed three staff members sit on a bedroom floor for 7 hours going through my wife’s meds and care plan to make sure she got everything she needed!! Wow 🤩
I/we thank you 🙏 and hope other people with MND call them, their definitely the right people for you, but I’m sure their care for cancer etc is equally as excellent although I didn’t see this.
Shout out to Riza and Emma. Love you guys always n forever. x

Avoid

If you value your work life balance and possibly even your credibility within complex care, then avoid at all costs. Something that started of so wonderfully has become a toxic place to work.

Hindsight is a wonderful thing

Hindsight is a wonderful thing. I only wish I had the Foresight to see how trying to enrich a company could have such a negative impact on a dedicated and devoted employee who in his Redundancy Appeal Letter was 'wished good fortune in whatever you choose to do next and thank you for the hard work whilst at HASCS'. Bitter sweet really from a company who's values include 'Honesty' 'Caring' & 'Responsible'

Team work makes dream work

I joined hascs nearly 6 months ago after the recommendation from my old CQC inspector who awarded me outstanding in my previous company put my name forward. I knew that if a CQC inspector who gave me his first outstanding in all the years he was working for CQC was recommending a company it was the place I wanted to work! since joining I have been supported, grown as a person and feel that I have finally found my forever role. To move into a role were care is a passion to everyone and providing such complex care is such a rewarding achievement. thank you hascs for believing in me.

Fantastic Regional Nurse Manager support

I have been working for HASCS for almost 18 months and am really sad to see the departure of my Nurse Manager.
The support the client I support and my team have had has been fantastic, consistent, and faultless.
Donna Mullikin is an amazingly experienced nurse manager and nothing has ever been too much trouble for her, she goes that extra mile!
She is always there for knowledge, skills, supervision and will readily pick up the shortfall when we may be short staffed.
Donna will be missed very much and her addition to the company will leave a big void.

Avoid this company at all costs

I worked for HASCS for just over 2 years. The turnover of staff at a management level was absolutely shocking. I could name at least 20 members of staff (not carers or nurses in packages) who left, had their probation failed or were made redundant in just over 1 year. Most staff were scared to speak up about anything in fear of losing their jobs for no reason. The whole atmosphere is toxic. The company ethos is an absolute joke and I watched the company change from a small company who cared about a genuine ethos to a company trying to be corporate and money driven. I witnessed what i felt was bullying. I would highly recommend avoiding this company at all costs especially working in an office or management position.

Well company is run by a lady who lies, states its about her clients and its been a money grab for the last 18 months. Company states it recruits to each of its service users preference, reality stick anyone in as the turn over of staff is through the roof.

A toxic environment that sacks anyone who dares to challenge or try to move the company in a different direction.

Ask for staff turn over figures and how many clients have left their books. A truly awful organisation with vile senior managers that destroy peoples lives.

The management are very supportive and always there for both staffs and clients.
The standards of training given is excellent.

Caring provider and excellent team

I’ve been with HASCS for almost 2 years now and I couldn’t speak highly enough of them. They have set a good standards to nursing care . I’ve beeen supported through my journey with them . Training and all other assistance I needed to perform my role has been granted . Riza on the other hand set a very good example that nothing is impossible if you put your mind to something you want to achieve. Very well led , carers and management team are superb. Great teamwork .

wonderful company and management

I started working in this company in May 2020. i have been very supported by management.
The management team do really care, not just in relation to the shift, in your personal life too. management are always ready to support you.

i had to self isolate, i was surprised as my management team asked me if i had enough groceries and if i am able to get to the test center.

this company really do go above and beyond and it shows in how management treat the carers.

Thank You to Riza, for having an amazing management team....and a big thank you to my managers Cheryl & Chloe, who help me with everything.

HASCS is a care provider that is offering a 5 star service to our clients.
Previously I worked for the NHS and then several agencies within the local area.
Two years ago I started with HASCS and I have now progressed to team leader. They provide any training required and ongoing support for the team,if required.
From our office we offer first class care to our clients across the south coast. The company offers first class employment this also comes with excellent rates of pay. I’m extremely lucky to have come across this company who offer me such flexible employment. Now it is so easy to get up in the mornings...

I have worked as a heath care assistant and support worker for years and I have never come across a company like HASCS person centred is on point, they are approachable, friendly, build a better and lasting relationship with staff to increase the professional connections and bonding.

HASCS is a reliable , the member of staff are professional experienced , trained and supported throughout by the company. The customers stand for quality of care provided. HASCS wants the high quality of care for its clients. That is why every single detail matter . Any time a customer need assistance they will be there to help you 24 hours, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. HASCS also fill in last minute requirements,ensuring minimal staff disruptions.

I joined HASCS year ago , the company trained me and ensured that I gain adequate competency in any skill because they signed me off to perform the tasks on my own. They don’t throw staff into a deep pant and they promote the staff wellbeing

working for HASCS is pleasant and has impacted my personal life positively, my financial situation and professionally, skills has increased, I am training to become a nurse and the knowledge gained from the company has improved my competencies and confidence and during my placement as part of my nursing program, I am more comfortable and confident performing certains tasks.

I can’t thanks enough the manager line for giving the opportunity to work for the company and a big thank you to Riza the CEO , she is a very very humble person.
The first time I meet Riza , she hugged me and thanks me accepting to work for her , I was very pleased and chocked because I wasn’t expecting that warmed welcome. She opened the door for me to entered her car , I was so over overwhelmed .

Riza is very professional and does not hesitate to take over in a package to covert some shifts to backups careers

CQC could visit the company anytime as HASCS we are professional and value the legislation.

HASCS is the best company I have worked . There is not short cuts, what you see is what you get , I event want to add , what you see , you can have more than that 😘
