Hasu Diagnostics team are super responsive. I had to enquire regarding last minute results, as I had thought I had not received them from my pharmacy, so I contacted Hasu and they send me via e-mail the results at 6.35am on a Saturday immediately, as I am flying today this afternoon. Thank you team!

When paying for my fees for the PCR tests , the offer was 20%off if paying for 4 people or more . When making the payments it wouldn’t allow me to add on the cart to eligible for the discount . I emailed them and explained the issue and was given the 20% discount . Will recommend them for professional service

What a great company. We have used Hasu several times during COVID-19 and have always received an excellent service. Easy booking, efficient and courteous service on site, super quick results and prompt and helpful communication at all times. They make the process simple and stress free. Very good value too with transparent pricing.

I needed a COVID certificate to travel on Saturday afternoon, which meant I had to do the antigen test (LFT) 24h before my flight. I submitted my results around 18:30 Friday and 2 hours later I already had my certificates! Great service, cheap tests delivered to my door on time and very fast response if you need a antigen test to travel. Highly recommend.

I have used Hasu 3 times now and they have been absolutely amazing. Their customer service is second to none and when I had to change which test was required they even called to make sure they were giving me the correct test needed for the country I was travelling to. They have given me a refund when rules were changed and results for a previous holiday were returned very quickly. Couldn't recommend more.

I made an error with my upload of my test. Customer service were excellent and I was able to send them my results and got a certificate back within the hour.

Excellent service every time I have used this company for a fit to fly Covid PCR test. On site staff are polite and helpful, customer services have been quick to respond to email and have happily refunded bookings that I have needed to change. Results have always arrived ahead of schedule. Prices are very, very competitive too. Based on my personal experience, I couldn't recommend them highly enough.

Sent off our PCR tests, 4 days later no results, no emails. They do not answer their phone either. DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS!!

I have booked 2 Emergency - Day 2 PCR tests (£99/person) for my daughter and son. Doing the test at Medical Centre (Slough) at 11:55 and the results come back at 15:47; within 4 hrs. Very helpful and polite staff. Fast results. Overall, great service! Thank you very much for your great service with reasonable price. RECOMMEND!!!

We booked our day 2 in the lab while coming back from France through the Shuttle, a quick stop in Slough, we had our release results at 9pm same day. Very nice, very convenient, customer support has been super helpful and reactive (answer within an hour mostly).

The slough centre issued the result within the time frame. The positive result was not uploaded for a while and we were given some daft advice but once I wrote they sorted everything out beautifully. They even contacted nhs wales direct instead of going through England which takes more time.

This was a very helpful and prompt reply. Fortunately, the results came through in the very early hours this morning and we were able to process the information.

Thank goodness we chose this company. Such helpful staff. We drove from Holland to calais to catch the train to get to Dover to then be told despite having all the required documents to travel we would not be allowed to travel. This meant we would be too late for our tests. When i rang they kindly said we could just rebook once we found flights . So we drove straight to eindhoven in Holland and booked flights for the evening, it was so stressful especially since we were due to visit my elderly mother who has had a bad diagnosis. The Hasu staff arranged new tests for us and we were able to downlood new passenger locator forms. So thankyou , and now just hope the plane takes off on time tonight!
