Staff have been very professional and responsive to my queries.

Finally I found my favourite bras! They're so comfortable, light and easy to wear. There's no pinching, you simply forget you put on a bra. I replaced all my old bras with these wonderful ones. Not to forget the colours, very elegant. And even better, washing them is no problem, too. I very warmly recommend them.

The most well made, very comfortable bra. They wash easily in your washer and can be put in your dryer without risk of shrinking. Their customer service is wonderful, too. If you need to contact them, they respond quickly and in a friendly and professional way.
This might be the last company you ever buy bras from, I know it is for me, as I will be making more purchases in the future.

I had to wait quite a while for delivery of the bras I ordered, but I am very pleased with them now that they are here. Comfort and bra are two opposite words in my world, but these bras are very comfortable and actually make my sagging breasts look perky again

I purchased 2 of these bras and at first were the wrong size, customer service was amazing on getting me the correct size and I’m sooo happy they did! I’m a hairdresser and everyone knows how we stand on our feet all day, having the correct bra is a difference between a day of back pain or no pain. I’m happy to report I no longer have back pain after a long day with my new bras! They are comfortable and easy to put on! Order now and you will not regret it!

I ordered a pack of non-wired push up bras from this company. Unfortunately I made an error with the sizing and they were too big when they arrived. However, they arrived in separate bags, all wrapped nicely and arrived when they said they would. I contacted the company to ask if I could swap them for a smaller size and not only was their customer service prompt, they also offered a discount on my next order for the trouble, even though it was my error. I cannot fault this company and cannot wait to order the smaller size, as the quality of the product is really lovely. So lightweight and such pretty colours, true to the online images. It’s only that I am inbetween sizes and went for the bigger size when I should have chosen the smaller size.

I placed an order by mistake and so I contacted the customer service immediately to explain the situation and to ask for a refund.
They replied very promptly, which is such a bonus, and they were kind.
Of course they asked whether I was sure I wanted to cancel the order and they offered a discount in case I wanted to proceed with the purchase, but when I confirmed my wish to cancel they quickly issued a refund.
Like all refunds, it may take 3-5 working days, but I did receive a message from my bank informing me that the refund was on its way.

I ordered a bra that declared amazing support and improved posture. What I received was far from the description, it barely resembled the description and the material was so flimsy that it gave no support and certainly would not improve posture. Upon trying to organize a refund, I was offered £3, which I would not accept. The company has been in email dialogue since then with an increase of up to £7 and a voucher on the condition that I give a five star review, if I did this they would send me a replacement at no extra cost to me, if I didn't then I would have to pay £6.99 shipping. After reading similar reviews, I have decided that,even through I have waisted my money on a bra that in no way matches the description, I will not provide a positive review as this would possibly encourage others to buy their substandard products.

I ordered 3 bras but unfortunately never received them,so can't comment on them, but customer service have been helpful regarding this,and have offered me a full refund.

I decided to cancel my order and they were very nice about it.

I bought the bra from Hatemo, and it was to large, I sent an email that afternoon to enquire about a refund or exchange. The next morning there was a response from Customer service telling me what I needed to do. Rarely do you get a response from email Customer service that quickly. Am I going to purchase from them again, yes I definitely am. Continue with your great products and Customer service.

The company is reliable and stands behind its product. Customer service is wonderful to deal with and does respond quickly to your questions. I hope everyone does enjoy their product. I AM EDITING MY REVIEW BECAUSE THE COMPANY HELD MY RETURN MONEY UNTIL I GAVE THEM A 5 STAR REVIEW. BUYER BEWARE.

This company fraudulently offers refunds but their policy and process is a scam. I would not recommend this product for return as repeatedly expressed in prior reviews; offering a $30 coupon and $5 refund IF I provided a 5 star review! The bras offer no support as promised in their ads. Unless you have small, perky breasts, I suggest you NOT order these items.
