Customer service spotty then ghosted
I was really excited when the exact hat style we were looking for was found on their site as we wanted 100 really nice custom hats for an important charity event. However I ended up wasting a lot of time trying to get in touch with them - they originally responded but then stopped. I waited and followed up only to have them ghost completely. So now I've lost 2 weeks and am scrambling to find another provider who can meet our timeline. If you don't want the business, cool, but please just state that upfront so no one is wasting important time.

i made a return of a couple of gloves
i made a return of a couple of gloves. you are supposed to receive your money back within 2 weeks but I didn't so I had to call them twice. the support was very helpful and it was resolved in the end. would be 5 stars if not for the small hiccup.

I received the wrong sized hat, I then logged a return request via hatstores WhatsApp messaging service, initially they were late to respond (be patient, normally about a day or so) then to my surprise received the postage slip sent to me and the order was placed for the correct size in a matter of minutes. Fantastic service thanks hatstore!

Order 2 caps which on website said were in stock. Turns out one of them was not which delayed the whole thing. Even after package was sent delivered very slow. And the worst part hats are of poor quality found the whole process disappointing

Shipping is so fast using DHL! It only took me 2 days usually to receive my order. Although they dont reply quick regarding my inquiries but they are very easy to talk to if I have some concerns. The best part was that they sent me the wrong item but they didnt ask me to return it anymore instead they gave it to me as a gift and they sent na a new cap for replacement. Very very great service! 5 stars!
