The pricing is dodgy. They increase the prices and then discount it for a sale, making the sale price not much different to the RRP. I bought a hat last year for $44.99. The RRP has been increased to $51.99 and discounted to $41.59. How can a hat that is one year now more expensive?

Ordered a cap from hatstore Australia, and it's been sitting in Frankfurt for over 2 weeks. 3 weeks after ordering I'm sitting here with nothing to show from 60 bucks. Wouldn't expect to wait for a hat from Germany from a company that advertises themselves as Australian.

Website was easy to navigate and the custom hat designer was very easy to use. Tim was incredibly friendly and easy to deal with, and was quick to email regarding necessary changes that had to be made. The whole process was simple and efficient.

Very underwhelming experience so far. Lodged order and waited two weeks as order confirmation said I’d be told when order dispatched. Followed up and was told that would be dispatched the next day or the next week (??). That next week has passed, and still no dispatch notice. Followed up customer support and no response. I assume my hats are coming, but customer support is nonexistent and wait time is excessive. Maybe it’s better if you live in Europe??

Sent email called them no answer just a recorded message , I think I e been scammed !

Quick product delivery even on a standard order! Hats are a great quality and can do an excellent job for laser etched material. Hoping to try the embroidery as the digital print looks a little odd. Customer service was super fast and helpful when I couldnt find a tracking number. Will be back again for sure. The no min order is the greatest benefit

Terrible customer service, my order has been stuck in Germany since beginning of Jan 25 (order placed in December 24) I have emailed them numerous times and just get an automated response. I have now asked for a refund as the package is obviously lost and they will not reply to my requests. Still get an email that they are moving head office….that doesn’t stop you replying to enquiries. Not happy.
Update, so only when the tracking status eventually changes (3 weeks later) do they send me an email. This still doesn’t negate the fact that at no point did they respond to my numerous emails over 2 weeks trying to get an update. My review still stands and unfortunately I would not recommend unless you live in Sweden.
