Ordered a hat, upon receiving it, there was an obvious manufacturing error, resulting in the last clip being melted and un-usable. Requested a refund or a new hat multiple times and they would not budge. They finally gave me a return label and they informed me after several weeks that they would not be giving me a refund because the hat was not in the original condition. (Were hey planning on re-selling a broken hat?!?) This website has few publicly listed reviews for a reason, they a dodgy, spend your money elsewhere.

Incorrect information on site, terrible customer service, would never buy from this outfit again.

I ordered a hat but the default size was Small. n I realised the error and contacted Customer Support. I got an email to say the order had been intercepted and the correct size shipped. However the size received was Small. Return + Restocking was to cost A$23.95, cost of hat including shipping was A$91.
I decided against going through the whole process as there was a time constraint and the cost.
May I suggest to the company that their order process require the customer to specifically choose a size rather than let the process progress with a default as happened in this case
