Hatton & Berkeley acted immediately upon my posting the review, apologised for the inconvenience and immediately rectified the issue which was due to an admin oversight on our system. Service is excellent
Service is excellent. Even through the challenges of 2020/21 the team have been exceptional at keeping everything running and providing a great service. They adapted to the challenges with no effect at all on the service provided. Highly recommended.

Many thanks for the great review, and yes - 2020/21 was a pretty tough year. Glad to say that the lockdown issues have now passed and we have a full team on site once more.
Inconsistent service
Whenever they require payment, the staff are responsive. However, during routine operations such as receiving and scanning post, they take a laissez-faire attitude. There was one occasion when an important legal document was scanned on to us almost a month late. When we complained, their excuse was that they had a change of office staff, and the new person did not know what to do. For me it was disappointing we had to chase up to complain (it should have been obvious when the letter was scanned, it was done so late); and no offer of recompense or any other way of making it right - other than their offer to explain to the document sender the reason for our late response.
I know they have expansion plans, but they should focus on getting the basics right. Unsatisfactory.

Extremely efficient and helpful over the phone. However emails often go unanswered.
