TOTAL RIPOFF THESE PEOPLES BEHIND THE SALE AN INTEPOOL MUST LOOK TO TRACK DOWN THESE THIEF'S URGENTLY. YOU ORDER SO MUCH STAFF AND WHAT GET IS A LITTLE BOX WITH A FAKE RING.

This company is fraudulent, I ordered over 20 items and none of it arrived instead they delivered a fake ring in place of the order that I made.

What is even more worrying is the fact that the item delivered was never ordered, it was on another site that popped up whilst I was online. I watched the video pertaining to it but did not order the item. It is evidently clear these sites are being used to monitor people.

Kindly leave me out of your experiment. If you can't help my life do not frustrate it. Leave me alone and refund my money.

A total scam, ordered 3rd December, got a tracking number, received that item in January only to find a ring, they have documents implying it's worth a few hundred quid but don't be fooled it's a piece of plastic with fake documents. When I contacted them they advised it was a free gift and that now they know my address is correct the package will be sent. They said I'd get a new delivery code. Didn't hear anything after that.

Total rip off. Will never order from these thieves again. Instead of the several clothing items I ordered, I get a cheap ring with a fake diamond in a small box; the USPS shipping label with my name and address was applied on top of an original shipping label sent via CHINA POST. The label with my address shows the sender's name and address as "Online seller, 2646 Rainier Ave S, Seattle, WA 98144" -- which shows on Google Maps as a parking lot!

If I could rate my experience with Zero stars I would!

Not are the family of those people. I place my order since December 16th2022 still not receiving anything yet. I'm just gonna go to my bank and then do a complaining

I placed an order the beginning of December and was told it would be here by Christmas. It’s the middle of January now and still haven’t received anything. I have emailed the company several times with no response. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!

Just an update on my experience, which is more or less the same as everyone else. Nothing received, no refund! The tracking numbers were both for the two rings. One sent to the UK the other to France. However having seen other reviews, my two identical rings must have been leftovers from Christmas crackers. Total rubbish, so, some of you did get a better deal than I did. I keep sending emails, and keep getting replies, but no refund. Be aware!!!! I have had money taken out of my bank account by Hausad, albeit small amounts, but nonetheless they are withdrawing money. Lots of small amounts from lots of customers will add up! I didn't have any luck with my bank except that they cancelled my bank card. Please everyone, check the odd in accounted money going out of your accounts.

It is a SCAM, for sure. I also received a ring instead of what I ordered.

This company is a scam, I placed an order nothing showed up and no email was sent to confirm order, and now they took my money so upset.

Hi,I wrote a review about Hausas.com I said that Hausas should be banned, they should not be allowed to advertise there wear.Since then I do have some good news, I went to my bank to ask them to be aware off any body else falling,like I did,but I was lucky the lady told me that they could get my money back.Customer service gave me the run around,and I had to prove that I had not received my order. If you are in the same position, go to your bank and ask them to get a refund by disputeing the transaction.Thank you for spending the time reading this article,I hope there is some positive comes out of this article.Thanks

DO NOT USE- STRANGE SCAM STYLE BUT SCAM NONETHELESS. SAME EXPERIENCE AS EVERYONE ELSE, GOT A MOSSENITE RING INSTEAD OF A LARGE PACKAGE OF CLOTHES FOR XMAS, AND LOTS OF EMAILS, BUT JUST PASSED THE TIME WITH ME, WAS FRUSTRATING BUT DID SELL THE RING FOR NEARLY WHAT I PAID TO THE SITE, SO NEARLY MADE MONEY BACK. IF IT LOOKS TOO GOOD TO BE TRUE, IN THIS CASE, IT TRULY IS, WHY PEOPLE GOTTA BE SO MEAN?

Ordered 2 pairs of work boots for $70 cad and never got my order. Got avring like the dentist used to give when I was a kid. Total rip off site. You won't get what you paid for. Would give NO STARS if possible.

I was thinking about purchasing cheap items from them but rule #1 is always go to trust pilot. I also noticed their terms and conditions section 4 stated that can modify their service and make changes and prices without any notice, therefore basically they are saying you might not get what you paid for. This of course is at the bottom of the page.

This is one of the biggest scams that takes advantage of consumers. I made a purchase for Christmas, which the money was removed from my account and never heard from them. Every response from my emails were ones that placated my concerns. They sent a tracking link, which went nowhere. It also said it was in route, however, if it had not been received it was my fault. Other responses were their apologies and wanted to know if I wanted a refund, which I did request only to never hear from them again. What a sham…I certainly know to do my homework before buying online again. As the old adage goes, “if it sounds too good to be true, then it probably is.” Man, what a lesson!!! Jenny B

Beware, ordered from Hausad.com on 29/11/22 and received a tracking number that made me think they are real. So , ordered again on 03/12/22. After constant tracking and orders not delivered and chasing them by email received a fake diamond ring. Ten days after I received the same type of fake ring for my second order. Contacted Hausad.com and I was told that the two rings where free gifts for me to keep. They were sent to confirm that my delivery address is correct. My orders will be sent by express delivery, however I might not be able to track them because of system errors. This was as at 30/12/22. It is 2 weeks now and I have not received my orders. I have reported to my card issuer.

Scam bags and thieves let's hope I find some good lawyers to help me put those suckers where they belong and the world would be better with out them
