I was placed an order for clothes, shoes, boots from 25.11.2022 and paid for it. But till end of December I have only received a tiny box with a ring inside and certification. I have emailed them many times...

Don't order anything from them they are not very good order in November still waiting they are Keep saying they are sending me tracking number but in two weeks I received nothing I think they are fake company people

Placed an order for Winter clothing and paid since the site advertised a SALE. A tiny box arrived today with a ring inside. The literature claims its Diamond (created with Moissanite) and certification from Global Gemological Research Academy.

Certainly a scam. May that negative energy follow all the schemes for the rest of their lives.

Meanwhile I will pursue legal channels available.

Purchased £40 of clothing and they sent me a fake ring with a certificate that makes it look like it is worth thousands of pound so you don't complain.
Bring these scumbags down!!!!

This is indeed a terrible horrible company. It's a scam. I sent this website to my sister in Canada to order winter clothes because she needed it. She ordered many winter shoes and coats but she received a ring instead that she never ordered. Seriously HAUSAD.COM....

Ordered 5 hoodie pyjamas blankets back in November ..still haven't received them .the tracking is saying it is delivered ...their contact email is invalid ...complete scam

I haven't received my jacket from these lot. I emailed them and their replay was that they are sorry for the delay and they will arrange reshipment. I haven't heard anything from these vermin. Give them a star for been dishonest shop online scammers. Hausad I want a refund straight.

I ordered all purses for my nieces for Christmas, I bought 53.04 ,never received a invoice after I paid but my bank did pay them le-le keeps e-mailing thàt they are busy , sending out order, to be patient, now it's Jan , 7 still nothing - no invoice to show , but my bank account show they have been paid. This is so wrong, I will file a complaint with BBB and my bank , very sad

A scam website. Google is responsible for putting an ad for a scam company. Ordered a $50 value cloths on 11/17/22 haven't received anything yet. Please avoid this company.

Hausad.com scammed me of £33.22. I placed an order of jackets but the sent me a tiny box of fake ring. Loads of people have similar experience. Google is aware of their scam but allowing it.

Just lost money on this scam online shop and their sister company 'Maciers' which shows same registered address. AVOID

What a complete shambles of a company. Ordered numerous items 20/11/2020,money taken out of my account same day. A ring sent. NOT ordered. When asked why,I was informed it was a gift to see if address was correct!!!!! Still waiting despite numerous Emails sent to them always excuses. Asked for money to be returned told 5-7 days now told have to wait another 15-25 days

Bad, bad, bad company!!! Scammers!!! I purchased several items and got not one. Received a fake ring instead. They receive no stars from me, scammers!!!

I saw the ad on the side of YouTube channel. I trusted them. On December 23rd/22, I purchased CAD 60 worth of clothes, the payment went twice. I believed I made a mistake, because I ordered twice. I totally lost CAD 120. They delivered a wrong package on Jan 5/23. The Items were a pair of diamond looking fake rings in twins small boxes. I sent them the pictures, mentioning that I only ordered cloths. The first emails I had been receiving were from HAUSAD, but later changed to names like "lele", "xaddee", "osolee", gem, gemistologist, gra, and etc. I think they are globally organized and networked criminals. They look like they know some languages from Africa too, most probably from Ethiopia, because the nick names they are picking are highly related to some of the broadly spoken Ethiopian languages.
