Haus 

Do not use this company. They do not have the courtesy to return calls or emails. We had a problem with our Origin Bifolds supplied and fitted by Haus Glass. We were told by Kelcey that a bracket would be ordered from Origin and when a fitter becomes available they will contact me. I doubt very much if this will happen as they do not answer the telephone or any emails I have sent when chasing this up.

Be aware of those people.
Do not do my mistake and ignore the previous review as every single word of it is true.
I ordered an aluminum door 3 months ago and asked to pay 50% deposit and so far I have not received my order,nor my deposit back.
It is a very stressful process as they do not reply to my emails and calls.
This company should be prevented from trading any more and steal people's money...
I have reported them to trading standard and action fraud and I am in process of putting a court case against them to get my money back.
Imagine how bad they are.
you could check them on the company house list and see that they are struggling.

Had some doors fitted with Haus glass last month, very happy with the service they provided, quick turn around time and the guys that came to fit them were very professional and friendly.

Recently had our new origin doors fitted with Haus glass. The whole process from start to finish was very smooth, the fitters were very friendly and professional. A big thank you also to Mark and Kerri for going the extra mile to make sure we had our doors fitted in the tight schedule we had to work to

Absolute disgrace how this company are still trading is astounding, with a complete disregard for any level of customer service, appalling behaviour .. do not part with any money .. they will promise and never deliver.

Been trying to contact this company for weeks with no success .
How can you run a business when you do not answer your phones or respond to messages…

What a fiasco!! We have had a horrendous time with Haus Glass – they have no respect for customers and their communication is appalling.

They took our 50% deposit and went on holiday so we were unable to contact them for over 4 weeks. They use a messaging centre to take their calls who are not based in the area so it’s almost impossible to speak to the owners direct.

When we did manage to contact Kerri we were told that we couldn’t have a dispatch date until we had settled our outstanding balance and if we didn’t settle immediately they would refer us to their collection agency!!!

Once we paid our final balance we didn’t hear anything for weeks, we had no date for installation and again they didn’t respond to our calls, texts or emails.

We still don’t have our windows or doors and they refuse to answer our calls. Unfortunately, our builders have had to leave site for the time being and our new kitchen has had to go into storage.

Having building work completed in your home is stressful enough without having to constantly chase incompetent people and to be honest the whole process has been quite exhausting… please be aware of these people!

Terrible customer service

I wrote my initial review in April 2023 after Haus Glass missed their first installation date. After numerous phone calls and emails they missed their second installation date. Again after a number of calls and emails a third installation date was eventually agreed but unfortunately the day after I paid the balance, and the day before installation, both directors separately spoke to me and told me that unless I took down my review I would not be getting my doors. I was shocked and appalled at such behaviour. Luckily the company saw sense and the doors were duly installed and I was very happy with them and I updated my original review to reflect that.

Unfortunately the cat flap that I had requested was not a micro chip cat flap, as was agreed, and since installation, I have been trying to get the company to replace the cat flap. They have agreed to do so but 2 months later it still hasn’t happened and the company now appear to be stalling until I take down my initial review.

I am now considering legal action to obtain the micro chip cat flap as was agreed. The whole transaction with this company has been unsatisfactory and stressful and I certainly would not recommend this company.

We have some lovely Bifold windows that were installed as part of an extension project four years ago. My builder sorted out the installation and recently I had an issue with one of the slim handles. I eventually found out my bifolds were made by Haus Glass and I contacted them about a repair. They were friendly and helpful and when the team arrived they fixed the problem quickly. I was extremely happy with the job. Fabulous bifolds!

I am a repeat customer of Haus Glass.I am so pleased with my windows.
They look great and installed beautifully.
I would highly recommend Haus Glass.

I have bought from Haus previously and have now just had our further windows fitted in Residence and Heritage range. So pleased with them.

Now onto the next phase!

The windows were finally delivered and I am absolutely delighted with them: they are the finishing touch to my new kitchen. The fitters did a great job and thoroughly cleared up afterwards. A small issue with the cat flap, but hopefully that will be resolved quickly.

If I could give no stars I would. Appalling customer service just trying to spend £4000 on patio doors. They don’t return phone calls or answer emails and despite their quote saying ‘we can manufacture your doors when you want them’ and ‘our popular colours ….are available in your lead time not ours’ they have failed to meet the agreed installation date. If this is the customer service you get when trying to buy something I dread to think what service you will get if something goes wrong. I truly regret placing an order with them.

Was pleased with the cladding on my home. Lovely lads excellent job. All rubbish was removed and can't find a fault with their job.

We have just had our Haus Heritage doors installed by the lovely chaps from Haus Glass. Mark the MD really knows his stuff on this product and with Ian and Scott the installation was thoroughly professional to the end. We love the finished look this has created.

Mr JBettlesfield a believe you may be a troll , and aiming this to damage a businesses reputation , if you have a genuine issue with Haus glass from June please feel free to email them and some one can deal with your complaint but your name is not coming up on our records sorry kind regards Mark

This company does not deserve any stars. Four years of waiting for our doors to be fixed in which time the company has changed from Bifolding door company to Haus Glass.
Please don't spend any money with this firm!

My overall customer experience was excellent. The design input was very good and the pricing was efficient. Delivery was exactly as promised and installation was neat and trouble free. I would highly recommend HausGlass.
