So pleased with our Haus Heritage doors. They have completely changed the look of the house. We also had to call Haus back as our timber frames had moved slightly meaning the doors needed an adjustment. Guys and office team are great - came back and sorted within the week.

Just had Heritage doors and windows fitted on the back of the house and they look amazing! They arrived as promised in 7 weeks, customer service was excellent and fitters were professional and tidy. I can't recommend this company enough!

We ordered an 8m x 2.3m Sunflex sliding door.

Fantastic company, great experience from start to finish, Kerri in the office could not have done more for us in a really tricky period through Covid.

Do not use this company. There is NO after sales service as they don’t respond to problems. They’ve changed their name from Cosgrove Double Glazing Ltd to Haus Glass and have refused to take any responsibility. The work that we’ve now had to pay someone else to do has been described by them as very poor.

We’ve spent thousands with this firm, on several “Origin” bifolds and a back door. The doors are lovely. However I had an issue with the ‘keep’ on the back door recently and was looking for help from this company to fix it. Origin could not supply the part direct and I had hoped for some decency and customer service from this firm to help me resolve the issue and order me the part. The sales assistant couldn’t get me off the phone fast enough and failed to reply to my emails and calls which went on for 6 weeks. However, Bespoke Frames of Cheshire ( also based in the outskirts of Warrington) could not have been more helpful. They responded positively and helped me resolve my door issue with just two brief calls and an email.

The work involved the installation of an RK Door. My wife and self were very impressed with the professional standard and swift pace of the work undertaken. The guys themselves were a pleasure to have around the house. The whole experience was for us as stress-free as it could be whilst despite being located some 90 miles from their office, Company owners, Mark and Kerri looked in on the work to ensure that all was well. What service; Haus Glass really cares.

Delighted with new sliding doors (Sunflex), they look great and installed beautifully. They have brought my project to life. Already had great comments form friends and family. On the day of installation installers were prompt, friendly, knowledgeable and professional.

Used this company in early 2015, when they were trading under the name "the Bifolding Door Company (UK) Limited" that has since gone into liquidation. On completing the installation of Origins bifolding doors, the finish to the rendering on the exterior of the house was very poor due to the lack of use of external render corner bead, and it took some weeks (including some unpleasant phone calls) before a separate builder satisfactorily completed the remedial work. Over the past 12 months we have seen the main entry/exit door drop slightly leaving a gap at the top of the doors that is not sealed from the weather. The door manufacturers, Origin, have stated the problem is as a result of poor incorrect fitting of the glass panels when originally installed. I tried contacting Haus Glass some weeks ago asking if they had any contact details for the Bifolding Door Company after explaining what the problem was, as both companies use the same contact telephone number. I was told they would call me back but they never did, so I have had to pay for the services of another company to rectify the problem. It was only after this I realised both companies had the same directors. The people who run this (and the previous) company clearly shy away from any responsibility they have when it comes to rectifying faults resulting from poor installation and workmanship. The products they sell (sold?) may be of a high standard, but that's where it ends unfortunately.

From the first site inspection to the final instalment, we were satisfied with the service from Haus Glass. Mark listened to what we wanted and offered some good advice to a help us come to our final decision on what we wanted to achieve. We were able to visit the showroom and get a hands on view of the products on offer, which is essential to choosing what you want and reassuring to see it is a quality product.
We went for large bay window areas in 2 rooms, with bi-fold doors.
The fitting and installation was brilliant. The guys were on time, efficient, clean and respectful. They made good all the surfaces and took all the rubbish away with them. It was a very high standard installation and finish and we could not be happier with the end result. The quality of the product is great and it has transformed our house farm more than we could have imagined. I totally recommend Haus Glass.

Haus glass installed our sliding doors and windows for our extension and they are amazing. They have a great showroom where we could see what we were buying and answered any queries we had .There guys who came to site to install were really professional and polite. I would definitely recommend Haus glass.

We spent a long time researching local companies to install our windows and sliding doors and Haus Glass were highly recommended by our friends. Our showroom visit was very useful and informative and found them to be competitive on pricing. We are pleased that our installation went very well and we too will be recommending.

Had a really bad experience with this highly dubious company regarding tri-folding doors. Worryingly they seem not to be FENSA or other accredited, so if you are tempted, please do try to ascertain this first.
If anything goes even vaguely wrong with the process, they are quick to blame and make life very difficult for the customer. Communication regarding the various steps was extremely poor. The sales man at the time was incompetent and very rude. We certainly will not use them again or recommend them to anyone we know.
Suspect they were on very thin ice with their company finances at the time we had the misfortune to trust them with our business.
USE THIS COMPANY AT YOUR PERIL.

Haus Glass supplied and fit the new bifolds in my house and they look amazing! Really appreciate the knowledgeable advice they gave and the professionalism of the fitters to get the job done quickly. Would highly recommend.

DO NOT USE HAUS GLASS. They fitted our expensive sliding doors on 24 July 2019 and as of 14 November (nearly 4 months later) we are still not confident that the doors are watertight. The doors were not sealed properly allowing water to leak under the frame and penetrate deep in to our new floor screed. They have been back to repair the doors but our floor is still not dry and we need them to come back and inspect again. They have avoided speaking to me this week since Monday (it is now Thursday). I spoke to the owner of the business yesterday who failed to get back to me with an appointment and who today made it obvious they were not planning to come back until I pursued them. They are not willing to send someone to have a look until next Thursday 21 Nov. Haus Glass are failing to grasp the urgency of this situation. We can't move back in to our house until the flooring has been laid and we have no idea when that will be.
