DO NOT ORDWR FROM THIS COMPANY! I ordered in early February and haven’t got anything. I’ve emIl several times with no response. The website is now down and so was the instagram. I looked up their name in instagram today and they came up but private with no post..🤔🤔

Con artist and scammer.
Placed an order at the start of February and still haven’t received anything. I’ve emailed them about 8 times and been completely ignored every time. Avoid at all costs, this site needs taking down.

I ordered and never received my items and can no longer get on the website to ask about my order. It does not exist---Do not order from this company

Complete scam, only sent one item out of four… never respond to emails or Instagram. Stay away!!!

Wouldn’t even give this one star, this is a scam. They take your money and don’t send you anything! They also stopped replying to emails, complete scam - avoid at all costs!

This company doesn’t even deserve 1 star, they robbed my money. I ordered from them over a month ago and still haven’t received my items. I have emailed them over and over again and no response. Ridiculous!

I ordered some items from them the beginning of February I emailed the company and asked when my order would be arriving they advised there is anything between 4 to 6 weeks is now in May and I still haven’t all received my order. Absolute scam do not order from this company they do not respond and I can no longer see them on Instagram

Wish I had seen all of these reviews earlier, since February I place an order, not even a email or anything was sent.. worst ever.

Total scam. Ordered a book on 7/3/22, email states 2-4 weeks for delivery. Now on 27/4/22, 7 weeks later I have still received nothing and conveniently, their Instagram, Etsy & website are no longer a thing. So glad I didn’t spend any more total waste of money.

I bought goods from this site Haus of coco on the 24/02/22, got a confirmation email with a tracking number up until now the 20/04/22 I have not received any thing. Sent emails not a single reply, made payment through clear pay. This is a scam!!!

Website went offline and emails never asnswered, £80 gone in a split second

Scammed - ordered and paid for ‘Books’ in March 2022, not received anything to date. No replies to emails and website now unavailable. Do Not Use!!

If I could give zero stars I would.
Ordered 3 x books over 6 weeks ago, tried to chase and noted the Instagram and website have disappeared. Emailed and no response.
Have raised a dispute with my bank and been refunded immediately.
Scammers!!!

Ordered and paid for 3 book covers never received them they fobbed me of saying shipping takes time your custom is so important to us it’s obviously a scam 😡😡 avoid buying from them

It's concerning that they've taken my money for books...not sent them nor responded to my email chasing. Their social media has gone as has their website.

This company is a complete SCAM!! Spent over £60 on orders on 12/2/22 and I’ve not received a single thing!! Emailed numerous times, sent numerous Instagram messages and got nothing back. Now they’ve deleted their Instagram and their website?!? How do you get your money back?!

Please DO NOT order from this site, I paid through my credit card so was able to claim back money lost.

This company doesn’t even deserve the one star. Ordered books 6th of Jan 2022 , still have not received them. Contacted seller on numerous occasions via email and social media with no reply. Now the website and social media have been deactivated. As I can see from the other reviews this seems to be a running theme. Clearly a scam and should be avoided at all costs.
