I ordered two 2 karat each earrings. Paid extra to get big ones. I got two 1/4 karat (at best) earrings. I can send them back for a $20 shipping fee or keep them and they will refund 50% of what I spent. No satisfaction guarantee. They either have a thief in their shipping department or they intend to defraud.

Totally false advertising ‼️. Their website states 30 day money back guarantee and made in USA- totally false‼️. I ordered a lab grown diamond ring that looks like glass & scratches my fingers when I tried on . It took over two weeks to receive which started my suspicion that it was not being shipped within USA. Upon receipt, I immediately contacted their customer service & knew instantly I was dealing with a Chinese company - not made in YSA as claimed. They started offering percentage refunds to keep the ring- return address China & would cost a fortune to return!‼️. This is a scam - inferior merchandise & terrible hassle to even attempt a refund‼️
I am disputing this purchase and hope this information is a warning for anyone considering their merchandise.

Recieved three pair of earrings. I expected all to be screw on backing. None were. There are two gold tone and one silver. The silver set arrived with two sets of backs...I wasn't able to get any of the backs to go onto the posts of the earring. The items are not as shiny and clear as advertised. I definitely would not recommend purchasing from this company.

Beware-merchandise missing from shipment.
I ordered earrings from Havenlofting/Lupoua and paid through PayPal. I received the package, but when I opened it, there was only a tiny box inside. The earrings I ordered were not in the box.
The envelope and packaging showed no signs of tampering, so the merchandise appears to have been missing when the package was shipped from China.
I contacted the company and was offered only a refund of 50% for merchandise I never received. I have disputed the transaction through PayPal and am currently waiting for the matter to be resolved.
I am posting this review simply to describe my experience and to warn other customers to be cautious. Take screenshots of the advertisement, your order confirmation and any correspondence from them.
