Very happy we chose this company to host our non-profit organisation's website. Their prices are great but the support is even better. Really appreciate the assistance we received from Ian recently, thank you.

I have used Havenswift since 2020 to host websites for a residents' association and a society, and I am very pleased with the service - all the time, and for assistance - when I do something daft.
The website hosting, the domain name administration and the associated email services are all performing well, and seem to be excellent value for our small budget.

I can't count the number of times Havenswift has saved me from messes I have made or helped me set something up the way I wanted it. This company provides a level of personal service that is above and beyond expectations.

Not a good person to deal with. I would recommend to stay away from this hosting company at all costs. Ian can become nasty very quickly when things aren't going right for him and his company, customer service goes out the window.

Many years ago I used a series of various hosting companies and ended up leaving every one of them, one after the other, because they were absolutely no help at all if I had any problems - whether the problem was their fault or mine.

Ian has time after time gone out of his way to help me with any problems I've had with our CubeCart install over the years. Most of those issues were of my own making, but he has always been super patient and prompt to respond and find a solution.

Havenswift have provided both hosting and support for my business website for over 3 years, and they have been phenomenal. Their customer service is always friendly and efficient. I am not a very tech-savvy person, but Ian and team always take the time to address any and all issues in a language that I understand, which I am forever grateful for. Havenswift is a quality business I trust to look after my business.

With Havenswift the support is excellent and his servers run well without big contention ratios. You don't get a slew of templated "support" answers from operatives who don't even bother to read your full ticket. Ian and his team are very knowledgeable and they give quick and meaningful answers often providing additional useful info. I have used them for almost 10 years now and highly recommend them.

We have recently moved over to Havenswift Hosting having used several hosting companies for our Cubecart ecommerce site over the years and none of the previous hosting companies ( many major ones ) have been a patch on Ian, his hosting service and abilities.

His hosting speed for our GAS IT webshop is constantly the quickest we've experienced and our customers love it, his support and back up is second to none as he understands Cubecart and its hosting needs and his help and eye for detail from the initial contact to the move and setup has been impeccable.

I just wish we'd have moved over to him years ago if i'm honest ( and so do our customers! )

We've been using Havenswift Hosting for a couple of years now. I've changed hosts several times over the last 10 years due to poor customer service. Havenswift has done a great job of promptly helping when I needed them. I foresee staying with them for many years to come!

Right from the outset, Ian the owner, bent over backwards for me and took care of everything - I've hosted with many different companies over the years with many different websites but this was truly the personal touch, nothing was a bother and nothing was too much hassle and my site has ran flawlessly over the past year. Of course, this isn't the cheapest host, but it's by far not the most expensive either, but it's a fair priced host with a massive personal touch from the owner, something you won't get with the "cheap" host's - if your website matters to you, if it matters to your customers, you won't go far wrong by giving this company a chance - it's very very true that you get what you pay for, but actually I'd say with Ian from Havenswift you actually get way far more for your money than you would elsewhere, you get flawless hosting, flawless support and someone who actually DOES care about your business and your site - that is a rare commodity these days with all the "pop-up" host's that are around. Save yourself the nightmare that most of us e-commerce sellers have had to ensure over the years searching for a "decent" host, try these guys and you'll be pleasantly surprised!.
