I visited the Westfield Shepherd’s Bush H&C shop today. I received really great service from the three members of staff I met there. Each of them were very helpful and courteous and couldn’t do enough to help me. (I felt compelled to write a review because I received the polar opposite from the ignorant and rude staff at Charles Tyrwhitt a few minutes before). I know where I will be shopping for my work clothes in future. Thanks guys!

I ordered a 38 short jacket, the one I got is bigger than my 40 regular. Nobody answers the customer service calls, email takes forever to respond. Avoid!

I've been buying colourful shirts and trousers from this company at their Edinburgh shop for quite a few years now. It's always been a pleasurable experience with friendly, knowledgeable staff helping to choose but without any hard sales pitch. I recently had very good service from one assistant, Satty I believe his name is, which encourages me to come back again even though my wardrobe is bursting.

Customer Service were both kind and efficient. They understood the problem quickly and sorted it out, replacing funds as they indicated.

Customer Service NEVER reply. Already sent an email days ago titled "TrustPilot Review", got no reply.
Overcharged me for 2 shirts at £35 when they were only £20. Told to travel to store to get a refund, when I arrived I was told they couldn't give refunds because the system was apparently broken. Staff in all stores are extremely rude. Still haven't received my refund.

Trousers are poor quality for 180 pound. Stitches are loose after 3 days wearing. I bought it in the flagship store in London, I am from the Netherlands. I have to come to London to show my trouser. I am not flying to London to show my trouser, there is a shop in Cologne Germany but I can't go to this shop.

I won't advise anyone to buy trousers from this brand, customer service and quality of trouser is very bad (to be fair, their shirts are good quality)

Slow delivery, paid for fast, but came in normal time. No refund for delivery either.

Lots of back and forth w customer service; just to get a pair of pants put aside in Jermyn St shop; come up w an easier way to communicate - for customer and internally; when I arrived to collect my pants nothing was reserved; the staff seemed medium interested.

I placed an order to be delivered in time for Father’s Day and the shipping timeframe was stated to be 1-2 business days. After the order has been dispatched, it’s still sitting in the UK awaiting departure to Dubai. I contacted customer service to raise a complaint and all I got was a response stating that the shipping time is 1-2 days with zero accountability. The company really ought to give more accurate information regarding shipping time or find a new shipping agent. Absolutely appalling. Will not be buying again.

I wanted to know which was the best size dress to get , because I can range from a size 16 -18. I wanted advice on which siize dress , would be a great fit for me ? I have know decided that I will get size 20 , because I have to purchase a dress that properly fits my bust size, The advice I was given was an excellent help in helping me decide what dress size that I should get. Thank you for providing me with excellent advice.

Ordered several tuxedo suits for the groom and groomsmen. The suits are of excellent quality. 100s wool with impeccable craftsmanship and fit, which was true to size and as presented on their website.

I was also advised I can get the trousers hemmed at any of their stores for free, a really nice customer service bonus, given the trousers are unfinished so you can get the exact length required.

Do not hesitate; if your budget allows, purchase from Hawkes and Curtis.

Iwish I can give them zero star very expensive shirts but after some the clour change and rub off the curfs. I wouldn't recommend any one to but haws and Curtis shirts.

I ordered a suit online that wasn’t quite right, so I visited the store at Westfield Stratford City. Steve was incredibly helpful from the moment I arrived. He quickly organised a replacement suit for the very next day, including tailoring, which made the whole process smooth and stress-free.

What really stood out was how attentive and professional he remained while also managing several other customers during a very busy period. Despite the pressure, he stayed focused on making sure I got the right suit and provided excellent service throughout.

He also helped me get the best possible price by applying the current deals and offers available. Honestly one of the best customer service experiences I’ve received — a real credit to the store.

Despite what I have read about bad customer service - I received excellent service both in terms of telephone response and response to follow up e mail with regards to changing an order
