I have had an account with hawk host for over 5 years and it's been a smooth and steady ride.
I've raised a few dozen support tickets in this time and they always respond within a few hours, even on weekends or at obscure times.
Knowledgable and reliable team. Uptime is immaculate.
I've left a review today because they assisted me in more optimised hosting package for my needs which saved me on my monthly outgoings. This is genuine customer service 101.

Avoid them as you can. After 8 years of being their customer, hundreds of $ spent, after a little, few months break, I decided to buy some simple shared hosting for a couple of my landing pages for domains I'm going to sell.
And AFTER I ordered the hosting and PAID for everything for TWO YEARS in advance using PayPal, they contacted me saying, that they refuse to provide the service because I used a VPN!!! Can you imagine? 3/4 of TECH YouTubers advertise VPNs, recommend using them all the time, but HawkHost has not noticed that yet in 2022, and accuses and insults it's own customers! PayPal, Amazon, Google, banks, even this TrustPilot - nobody has problem with VPNs, but them!
So why didn't they just block that possibility, with an information to the customer to disconnect from VPN and try again? Why? Because they simply don't know HOW, they are unprofessional and they fear of VPNs, which means, that they must have been badly hacked or exploited by hackers using VPNs multiple times in the past. They still don't know how to defend themselves from that, so they primitively accuse all people using VPNs of bad intentions.
I also spotted, that they don't add VAT to any invoices for EU customers, so if you live in Europe, be prepared for significant price increase in the near future, because I'm going to report that. This is, by the way, an unfair competition against other hosting companies, who pay their taxes to the EU.

Best shared web hosting compare to another "big player". Less drama and more features.
However, if you are using wordpress and install to many plugins or use "heavy" themes, your cms dashboard might be slow.

I moved to Hawkhost they where recommended to me by my digital agency rankfortress.com William Jones. They are my third and final hosting platforms. I came with a broken sub domain and they immediately fixed the PHP and file structure and boom it was back up and running. Their support is fabulous and their platform is well designed. Don't over promise and under deliver.
They promised full migration from one of their own hosting accounts to another, but couldn't deliver after a full week.
My websites were down, and my business suffered.

HawkHost are, in my opinion, genuinely amazing.
I am the type of person who reads tons of reviews for finding a product or a service which is the best fit for what I need, so I read tons of reviews on them before using them, which was for the first time in 2018, when I had a website with them for a year - before I suspended for a while that start-up.
Well, I read tons of reviews on other similar services and companies, and I can say that HawkHost had the best real reviews - and they still have - written by both techie guys and non-techie, like me. There were so many exceptional reviews and still are on them, from people happy with both the technical aspects, and with the Customer Service. It is obvious that, for non-techie persons like me, a brilliant Customer Service means a lot, because how else could we be "saved" when we meet problems on the way? I mean, you other non-techie guys out there: you know very well what I mean: for us, even some simple beautiful technical jargon is like beautiful Chinese! yesterday, Wade literally saved me, with a great attitude and a great help, with things that I cannot even know how to explain to you, all I can tell you is that I will be finally able to start using my website for my new business!
BUT also, I confess I was and I will always be interested in the opinions of the other clients WHO UNDERSTAND what is about, clearly they have strong positions from where they can express what they feel and think about the services they receive, and I just read another opinion like this moments ago and again it confirmed to me that so many of these customers appreciate so much HawkHost and see even more than what I see!
I would say, it is a winning card: what they do is genuinely exceptional. How they do it: genuinely amazing. I know that you cannot please everybody, nobody can, but they have so many Customers happy with them. And they will have many more, with such quality and attitude.

I've been using Hawk Host for a few years and I still host with them. I love this company!
Hawk Host is the hosting company I recommend for most websites. They have excellent uptime, they have great features like litespeed, and they have a good selection of server locations.
Their support has always been quick to respond to my tickets and quickly fix whatever the problem is, even when it's my own fault! When you submit a ticket, they typically respond really quickly. I don't recall exactly how long it took to get a response, but it was definitely within a few hours, or less.
I have a reseller hosting plan and a semi-dedicated hosting plan with them. I've compared their hosting to a lot of different hosting plans with other providers and Hawk Host is the best value. They have the best prices, best support, and best features I've found.
Unless you're hosting a big web application or have a massive amount of traffic that is well above anything normal, then Hawk Host should work just fine for your needs.
I generally host WordPress sites on their hosting. I take advantage of the Redis caching and litespeed features to speed up my sites and that of my clients, which really helps a lot. I also host my email accounts on their servers. It works great and I have no complaints.
I seriously don't get what the negative reviews are talking about. I haven't had any issues losing files or anything of that nature, and their support has always been nice, responsive, and super helpful. I've never had any issues with invoicing or payments getting lost and I haven't had any serious issues with downtime.
Hawk Host has been a great host and I always recommend them to people looking for general web hosting, as they are my #1 pick.

I have had two websites shared-hosted at Hawkhost since 2015. I moved there after having problems on a couple of other hosts, and those problems vanished once I landed at Hawkhost.
Hawkhost is excellent in every respect.
Price - check.
Performance - check.
Uptime - check.
Support - check, check
The quality of support is a bit variable - sometimes the frontline people aren't quite up to the task, but, when that happens, once your problem is escalated, it gets solved - even if that means some third party server software needs a bug fix and it's the weekend!
