Excellent service and a good range of English wines, thank you. Great that local delivery is free. (Just one suggestion - would be useful to be able to write a gift message when ordering rather than having to send it as an email after, though I may have missed the box.)

Bacchus is the Best !
Ever since we first tried Hawkins Bacchus wine we have been hooked. This is a seriously good wine and although it might be more expensive that mainstream wines it is absolutely 100% worth it. We have introduced family and friends to it and they all come back saying... this is excellent... where did you get it?

I have still not received my order and…
I have still not received my order and it is now the 5th October. I have not received any update and £288 has been taken from my PayPal account. I am not sure where the problem lies but am very disappointed in the service, particularly as it s the first time I have purchased from you
