Bought a Tiguan recently. Had a small issue in the heat requiring a replacement part. The warranty didn’t cover its replacement. However, a mature grown up service manager felt that because I had only just bought the car it was crazy for me to spend a few £100 on fixing it, covering its repair. Great to know common sense still exists in this day and age

What can I say…. From the first conversation with Franz I felt I experienced a very high standard of care. We discussed various options and models until I decided to go with an ID3 pro match. The whole process ordering the car, continuous updates, conversations and the digital format they use dealing with paperwork and documentation was easily dealt with and I experienced a very smooth transition from the first order placed until the car arrived on my driveway. The car is an absolute dream to drive and has so many features I love the Ambulant lighting it brings a quality touch. Thank you to all the team at Hayselden Doncaster and it’s a privilege to experience such a high level of care. Thank you.

I ordered a new Skoda Superb, (my third new Skoda) I left a deposit,but unfortunately I had to cancel the order 2 months before delivery due to family issues.
The sales person kaye Jackson asked for my bank details so they could refund my deposit but my deposit has never refunded or explantation given or phone calls retuned.

Shocking service

I have been a loyal customer of the service department at Hayselden Barnsley, for many years and I have always championed their service and staff. It is undoubtedly a shame that it has had to close. That said, I feel compelled to write a review about my experience today at the Hayselden Doncaster branch. I contacted the parts department early this morning to enquire about a dealer only part for my Touareg. I spoke to a gent named Steve. I cannot emphasise how impressed I was with the can do, want to help, go out of his way positive demeanour that Steve had. It was refreshing and certainly one of the best customer service experiences I have had for a long time. I'm not one for going over the top, but this guy deserves praise for his work and customer service ethic and he has undoubtedly left me with a positive impression of the Hayselden Doncaster branch. He made concerted efforts to locate a part for me and then made convenient arrangements for me to collect the part on the same day. I was impressed to say the least, and I am grateful for his help. I would appreciate if these comments could be shared with Steve please. I have my car booked in at the same branch in a few weeks, and I now Iook forward to the same excellent service previously received at the now closed Barnsley site. Great first impression from the parts department.

Really disappointed with the sales team. Bought a car, signed all the paperwork. Two days later they called to say sorry we've already sold it. Two days later? No I think they re-sold it to someone for a higher price. Won't buy a car from there again.

This dealership should be avoided at all costs. After purchasing a car with a service plan they have not set this up. Almost 2 years later this service which I have paid for is still not set up and I am potentially being charged for my car services on top of purchasing a service plan. The dealership are now avoiding all emails and contact - even when another Škoda dealership is involved and supporting. This is disgusting, fraudulent behaviour. Stealing money and denying services. You should be closed down. Do not use.

Hayselden Skoda Doncaster is a great company to do business with. When I wanted to change my car, I was introduced to Kye Jackson who helped me greatly to decide what I needed. Kye is very good at explaining things and very patient. He took me on two test drives, and guided me through the car selection process.
