Excellent service from Charlotte. Very helpful and efficient throughout. In fact my daughter also mentioned her with her dealings when her car was services.

Stress Free

Was having my Kia serviced whilst waiting. Was contacted by phone previous day to confirm timings and price , on arrival was kept well informed by the team of what was happening to the car and the time schedule, very nice area to wait , nice and bright with tea/coffee and water available, and lovely clean rest rooms , very impressed 👍

Poor aftercare service

The customer service leading up to the purchase of our VW Golf was exemplary. However, a couple of issues in the subsequent 2 years have shown the aftercare service to be indifferent at best. We have purchased 5 VW cars over the years, but because of ongoing issues and non-existent aftercare service, it will be our last. Very disappointing.

Worth the journey for excellent customer care

Although it is some distance away we would not choose to get our car serviced anywhere other than Citygate at Little Chalfont . This is due to the care, professionalism and attention to fine detail shown by the staff. Wayne Matt and other members of the team have been really helpful over the past few years.

Poor communications and long delays

I took my car into Citygate VE for an MOT in Feb 2026
They told me that in addition to the MOT, there was a Safety Recall which would take 2 days. I had no communications from them until 10 Apr 2026v when I had a text stating that my vehicle could be collected from 11:00 on 13 Apr.
I have been unable to speak to the service manager who has been on leave with nobody else standing in.
Better communications would have been nice.
This was the second time my vehicle has had a problem. The previous time, it was in the workshop for 9 weeks.

I recently had an excellent experience at Citygate cupra Slough, thanks to Amy and Nick. From the moment I walked in, they were both welcoming, professional, and genuinely committed to helping me find the right car.

Amy was incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to understand exactly what I was looking for. She answered all my questions with patience and made the whole process feel easy and stress-free. Nick was equally helpful, ensuring everything ran smoothly from start to finish and going above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable with my decision.

What really stood out was their honesty, attention to detail, and dedication to customer satisfaction. There was no pressure at any point—just great advice and support throughout.

I couldn’t be happier with the service I received and would highly recommend Amy and Nick to anyone looking for a seamless and enjoyable car-buying experience.
