One of the best training courses I have been on in a while! Super informative, trainers Mike & Shannon were fab - it was clear they were passionate & very knowledgeable. Would recommend the course to anyone in the homelessness/housing industry.

Fantastic training delivered by Mike - I learnt a huge amount both from the very comprehensive slides and also all of Mike's case study examples and answers to questions. Definitely feeling inspired to put this into use and have gained some confidence to try to challenge unlawful decisions in a case I am currently working on, and will definitely be recommending to colleagues and others I know working in the sector.

Training is much needed and more people need to join in to help others in vulnerable situations!

Mike clearly has a lot of hands on, frontline experience helping people through the homelessness application process. He is extremely knowledgeable and had a very engaging presentation style. Would 100 per cent recommend his training to frontline support workers

I am a new member of staff working as a MH community housing officer, I have found this training course really useful, informative and interesting.
I knew nothing about homelessness law and now feel equipped to begin my role with some excellent knowledge.
