Huge thanks to Mike and Shannon for this training. They both really know their staff having already walked the hard yards representing vulnerable people in securing positive outcomes for many years. They take the complex legal framework, unpack it and present it in a simple way giving me a clear understanding of the help and support that those experiencing homelessness should receive from the local authority. Great, motivational and safe to say it has lit a bit of a fire in me!

It was an excellent presentation where I gained real and useful knowledge.

Absolutely Amazing! Nice to hear of professionals challenging local authority and getting great outcomes. Information being provided to me so I can have the tools to help the people that I work with.
This should be provided with all services up and down the country who have anything to do with housing.

A very informative course, lot's of information so quite tiring, but so worth it. I feel armed and prepared to battle some decisions made by my local council.

This training was excellent and extremely eye opening. I would advise anyone who deals with homelessness in their career to take this course. If more people had this information it could make a real difference in this country. It is long but worth it.

Great piece of training- Introduction to Homelessness Law.
It has definitely gave me a new insight in to how local councils are operating in regards to homelessness and how I can best challenge this with in a law and policy framework.
Some of the information was eye opening and will be taking this forward, implementing it in to my working practices going forward when supporting clients experiencing or being threatened with homelessness.
Mike was a trainer- explained things thoroughly, answered everyone's questions in depth, and materials to support us after the training.

Phenomenal training, allowed basic legislation to be put into context of case studies etc. Very informative and catered to all. Appreciated the opportunity to ask plenty of questions and enhance knowledge.

This was genuinely some of the best training I have received and in a role where many challenges are faced by individuals experiencing homelessness this will be extremely valid. As a result of this training the next working day I was able to construct an email using the information provided and I am using this to challenge decisions made.

There was a lot to take in, however what I cam away with was a sense of greater knowledge which I hope will help those who need supporting at such a difficult time. Brilliant and well delivered.
