Really impressed with Mike's training and wholeheartedly recommend to anyone who supports those at risk of homelessness or who works in the sector.

Full of practical experience based cases to highlight the complexities and contextual nature of navigating the homelessness processes. Excellent training.

The homelessness training today has truly been educational as well as inspirational. Mike's delivery of the training content was very easy to follow, a lot of examples through case studies and interactive group work- perfectly organised. Going forward, I will definitely recommend my colleagues to join his training programmes and I will surely follow him as he has a wealth of experience that we can all benefit from.

Mike delivered the content in a very professional way. Covered the essential content and included all relevant links for further reading. Loved the extra element of interaction through the team breakout sessions. Perfect level of detail for a days training. I will definitely look to expand on the knowledge learned through the further reading and booking on further courses.

Mike is great, really clear and easy to understand. Made the whole thing feel approachable. He explained everything in a way that made sense, and was open to questions throughout, which Is appreciated.

The shows starts on time and ends on time. It contains some fantastic advice and information, to help support and advocate for the most vulnerable individuals in society. Relevant to probably every council in the UK, highlighting the gatekeeping tatics and how to manouverve and advocate for a better service.

The presentation was very informative. the subject is a little dry but that can't be helped. I found the delivery inviting and very well put together. I did learn a lot from the day and the information pack will come in handy in my new role.

Mike knows his stuff! Excellent resources that will become 'go to' guides for the future. I left with a much greater knowledge on homelessness applications, priority need, local connection and intentionality. I feel better equipped to support my staff who advocate for our guests. The day was certainly full on, but that's just an indication of the complexity involved in these issues.
