I highly recommend Home Buyer Surveying Ltd following my recent use of their services.
They were able to conduct a RICS valuation on my property at very short notice, which saved me an immense amount of trouble as I was on extremely tight deadlines. In addition to this, when my timelines were held up and I required an extension for the valuation, they were able to supply the extension within the same afternoon in which I requested it (not to mention they weren't even working on the day in question!), which again saved me from untold difficulties.
They have great communication and responsiveness; the whole process was painless from start to finish. They also went out of their way to assist me in spite of the unbelievably short notice I gave.

Absolutely brilliant team. They have provided 2 valuation reports for me for my Help to Buy scheme. The first time my chain fell through so my house wasn't sold. I didn't hesitate to go back to the theam this second time around. Again they fitted me in as quickly as they could, always so helpful, supportive and accomodating and super friendly!

We need a valuation to be carried out on our house in order to repay our Help to Buy loan when selling our house. Liz turned up on time and was polite, friendly and professional. By the end of the same day we had recieved her valuation. We also dealt with Amanda, who again, was super friendly and helped arrange (and rearrange when we needed to delay the survey) our appointment and dealt with our questions and forwarding of the completed survey super quickly and efficently. Would not hesitate to use again.

We can't thank Amanda and Liz enough. We had been enquiring around for surveys and had been waiting days for responses, I emailed these lovely ladies late one evening not expecting to hear back for a while but within the hour a date was set and price agreed! I couldn't believe it! They're so on the ball and reassuring, really hardworking women.
Attention to detail for the survey is second to none, Liz has eagle eyes! I think I'm fairly thorough but she noticed things so minuscule that you know she is an expert in her field. She will call you the day it is completed to discuss her findings and then Amanda will get the report to you ASAP, for us it was just a couple of days! Their telephone manner is impeccable and such genuinely nice people.

Amazing family run business. Liz and Amanda were wonderful to speak to, really friendly, helpful and knew exactly what we needed to sell our house.
We left it late to request a survey and risked holding up our sale, but Liz was willing to squeeze us in at short notice, we had the report back same day which prevented any delay in our sale.
