My experience with HCB Legal Ltd has been professional an extraordinary they’ve been dedicated and focused on helping us purchase our dream home. My husband and I would like to say a big thanks to Chris Bowesman, he’s been amazing he’s gone above and beyond. this is the second time we have worked with him and we will follow him to any practice he is loyal and he is thorough and most of always very transparent and honest with great advice at all times. He’s also been there when we needed him and he’s always reassured us and given us the correct information.
If you are looking for a good solicitor to help you purchase your dream home or even sell a property he is the man to go to!
I will give him 10 out of 10 all the time I look forward to working with him in the future when we decide to buy a home abroad.

You will never find a property solicitor this quick or efficient! I really was quite blown away by the speedy processing, especially as the request was not an every day one. I've used a lot of solicitors over the years but none come close to this - and all for a more than reasonable price. I will DEFINITELY be using HCB Gatwick and specifically Chris for my next transaction - whether it be to remove a private charge, extend leases, or for a straight up sale and purchase. I only wish I had found him earlier - I would have saved myself a lot of time, money and aggravation. HCB Solicitors Gatwick should be your FIRST call for all things property related.

I am delighted to write this review for Chris Bowesman of HCB. Chris recently helped me with both the sale of my property and the purchase of my new one. There was a tight deadline, which had some challenges. Chris was very easy to work with, his direct no-nonsense approach meant I had complete confidence and stress levels were kept to a minimum. I thank him for his work as a solicitor and the added bonus of his humour to keep things in perspective. I have moved house probably about 8 times in my lifetime and this has been the best experience by far.

We cannot recommend Chris bowesman and his team ,but in particular Chris ,who has worked tirelessly in what turned out to be ( which shouldn’t have been ) a difficult scenario. The problem was a first time buyer chose an internet conveyancing team , my advice is DONT contact Chris wherever you are in the uk and you will get a first class service with everything explained to you and with compassion for understanding what stresses you are going through .
