DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SCAMMING PLACE, MAKE SURE TO CHECK ONLINE FIRST. PLACED AND ORDER WITH MY PARTNER ON THIS SCAM WEBSITE FOR 2 ASICS FOR 180£ EACH AND THEY ARE IN OFFICE FOR 100£ WITH FREE DELIVERY, MAKE THAT MAKE SENSE TRAMPS SCAMMING PEOPLE OUT THERE HARD EARNED MONEY DO NOT BUY VERY RUDE CUSTOMER SERVICE THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT YOU ONE BIT IF YOU START TO QUESTION THEM THEY ARR SO RUDE THEY WILL NOT HELP YOU IN ANYWAY ONCE THEY HAVE YOUR MONEY!!!

Have ordered several pairs of trainers over the last few months all which I am very happy with. Any questions I have messaged HC personal shopper direct with a quick response back. I no doubt will be ordering plenty more pretty soon

Ordered off their site and paid for 3-5 day delivery, was told the item wasn’t actually in stock and it would be around 2 weeks. 2 week past and still no order requested refund but was told they don’t do refunds so I put a claim in and won my dispute, was refunded the money for only one pair of trainers (still had a t shirt on order) was told the t shirt was already sent, now over a month later still no t shirt, no refund and not able to get my money back for the remaining items. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. The shoes are also fake after doing research on the trainers.

Wouldn’t bother ordering, trainers are over priced and can be purchased for less in the actual shop. The person who runs this company is also rude and has a bad attitude when asking for help on your order. They also charge £10 for postage and don’t post it in the agreed time frame, which seems strange if they have the stock why don’t they post it immediately. They also don’t accept refunds which is against consumer law rights. Someone should look into this.

I had a really disappointing experience with this company. I returned a pair of trainers because I got the wrong colour, but after I misplaced the tracking receipt they simply claimed they never received my order. Their customer service has been awful!! no consistent communication, no effort to look into the issue, and no follow-up at all. I’ve been left completely ignored. I wouldn’t recommend buying from them based on how they handle returns and customer support.

DO NOT ORDER!
I purchased some trainers prior to Christmas for a gift, I still hadnt recieved the dispatched notification so contacted via Instagram. Was told it should be with me for Christmas Eve. Still no update on tracking 23rd so I messaged again, was advised the vans wouldn’t be scanning and updating. Then received notification to say it actually wasn’t dispatched until the following day.
Recieved the trainers however it was the wrong ones!! I was sent similar but much more basic and not the unique trainers I had ordered. I had paid via PayPal so logged a dispute against the payment to cover myself. I then sent a message via Instagram and had a reply to say the supplier sent the wrong ones & to email. I emailed with pictures and explaining. No response from the email for several days so I messaged again via Instagram to say I had emailed as I was advised but hadn’t received a reply? I got a response via Instagram within 30 seconds saying “ No, you’ve raised a dispute with paypal”
I was offered the refund via PayPal after several days. I accepted and paid for next day delivery. DPD attempted delivery twice, I messaged via Instagram again to be told “it’s only Royal Mail deliveries and you would’ve known this if you’d emailed” I pointed out I had emailed, and never got a response because I’d logged a PayPal dispute!!
The person communicating is so unprofessional and RUDE!
Over 30 days to finally get a refund which I know I wouldn’t have got if I hadn’t logged the PayPal dispute however they were extremely unhelpful/rude/unproffesional towards me due to me logging the dispute!!!
I wish I had read the reviews on here previously.

Ordered a pair of asics through instagram and they came in a box in perfect condition, delivery was longer than expected but as soon as I messaged about it I got a reply saying when they would arrive and they did arrive at that time. Loads of shoes to pick from will definitely be ordering again!

Don’t order from here shoes should’ve came 3-5 working days didn’t come till over a month later paid 140 for a pair of trainers when they was £45 cheaper online

DOESNT OFFER REFUNDS!
only exchanges and credit note which is no good when they re-sell damaged shoes and take no accountability and blame it all on the manufacturer that they buy from 🙃
also very unprofessional when responding to complaints thankfully ordered through pay pay which can offer a refund would definitely suggest using pay pal if you wish to buy from them!

After paying £160 for trainers I found the next week for £100 … they sent me a ripped box and trainers had manufactured glue all over them … they don’t do refunds … and blame DPD for any issues … when if the supplier checked his product before shipping wouldn’t be an issue on my end … wouldn’t recommend this place at all defo hit or miss who wants in store credit when you have been given bad trainer … not me
