I ordered trainers, arrived fast and just as described. I’ll definitely be ordering again, some lovely items, too much to choose from ☺️

Ordered a pair of asics through instagram and they came in a box in perfect condition, delivery was longer than expected but as soon as I messaged about it I got a reply saying when they would arrive and they did arrive at that time. Loads of shoes to pick from will definitely be ordering again!

Don’t order from here shoes should’ve came 3-5 working days didn’t come till over a month later paid 140 for a pair of trainers when they was £45 cheaper online

DOESNT OFFER REFUNDS!
only exchanges and credit note which is no good when they re-sell damaged shoes and take no accountability and blame it all on the manufacturer that they buy from 🙃
also very unprofessional when responding to complaints thankfully ordered through pay pay which can offer a refund would definitely suggest using pay pal if you wish to buy from them!

After paying £160 for trainers I found the next week for £100 … they sent me a ripped box and trainers had manufactured glue all over them … they don’t do refunds … and blame DPD for any issues … when if the supplier checked his product before shipping wouldn’t be an issue on my end … wouldn’t recommend this place at all defo hit or miss who wants in store credit when you have been given bad trainer … not me

So ordered trainers £150 in sale
Great I said but these shoes turned / delivered without their original box or tag

I asked why this has happened and they said box was damaged in transit
So I hsvd a pair of new trainers with no tags no original packaging , so the trainers I bought in the sale for £150 where really £200 but had £50 off bcoz of box missing which is not stated at time of buying and item is photographed beside missing original box 🙃so I’m baffled as to how this missing box got damaged , just a bit infuriated as this is a Xmas gift thst looks shoddy with no box , ordered on the 27 November , paid £10 postage should have been next day delivery but took a week to come , maybe they were still looking for the missing box , customer service is pants , if I ordered trainers in photo I seen I should have got the original packaging with my item , shoddy customer services

I ordered a pair of trainers that were £500 and see the exact same ones in same size for £350 and they messaged me to say they think I should get a size smaller in these trainers and I replied saying I’d like to process a refund as I found them for a lot cheaper elsewhere and they said they shipped them which was a lie so they didn’t have to process a refund there and then so I’ve just gone to send them back to find out they don’t even do refunds. So this is still my fault for not looking elsewhere before ordering but just a heads up they are usually a lot more expensive than other websites so look around before ordering from them

Ordered trainers that they didn’t even have in stock in the first place, took my money.
I emailed and WhatsApp them to track my order, no reply. Then messaged on Ig and they questioned why I was trying to track my order to begin with as it was not passed the 5 days, but I hadn’t even had a dispatch email by this point (day 4). They the say they’ll look in to it. The next message I receive is an offer for an alternative pair of trainers! Joke! Unreliable amateur business.

Ordered an item from them waited a whole month just for them to be sent back to there “company” for something that was completely there fault and out of my hands, EXTREMELY rude really bad customer service, denied me my refund after asked me to repay for them to be sent out, would definitely not recommend ! Scammers

Scammed.

Ordered shorts from this company which they sent the wrong size, had to send back for a new size (making me pay the postage even though they sent the wrong size)
Finally after 3 months going back and forth with the company I received a parcel which was completely different shorts, they refused to refund them or swap them for the actual shorts I ordered.

They also take 10 days just to reply, speak to you like sh*t. Rude customer service. Will never order from these again!

Advertised trainers with next day delivery, then when I paid told me it’s not even in stock and wanted more money out of me for the next day delivery. 1 week later and still no shoes now refusing refund so FRAUD.
Reckons they can’t do refunds because it’s already been ‘processed’ like they’re JD.
WORST customer service- take 4 working days to reply and rude.
I could of actually got the same shoe from JD for cheaper aswell

Entered a competition with this company and won! They was really good communicating and helping me pick what shoes I wanted, I was awkward and picked a shoe they didn’t have in stock but they was still really helpful and kept me updated the whole time!

Really helpful sent to Dubai for me always fast replies and love the trainers 🥰 will definitely use again
