Passion and excellent Customer Service
The service Darren provided was excellent from first contact to a post report review.
Darren was helpful, supportive and reassuring throughout the process. He explained everything in understandable language and kept me updated throughout. The report was very detailed with lots of pictures and the post report call explained everything.
The house proved unsuitable but I will use him for my next survey.
His passion for his work is clear and he has great Customer service.
