I’ve had this bed a few days now and I absolutely love it, it’s beautiful. I brought the standard mattress and it’s a little uncomfortable but nothing a topper can’t fix. Delivery was super fast!! I would give 5 stars however, the delivery driver would only deliver to the door and not to the room of choice but that’s not the companies fault I guess. Easy to put together? Well my partner put this together on his own so I would say it was pretty easy.

To be able to chat on WhatsApp to customer services was wonderful, we talked about different options and I felt valued as a customer because all my questions were answered patiently. My room has 12ft ceilings so after talking through a few ideas I ordered the bed with a higher base and footend.
It could have been made and delivered within days but my new carpet wasn't down yet so it was no problem to delay delivery. I was given a rough delivery time slot the night before delivery, and
I got a text when the boys were 50 mins away. Two friendly, cheerful men arrived and built the bed in no time. They were nice enough to take their boots off when they saw my new cream carpet, and they gathered all packaging and took it to my bin area for me. I would rate this experience as ten out of ten. I'd been worried about buying online, but the quality of this bed and the level of service I received was second to none. I'd happily recommend this company to anyone and I will 100% use again when I do my other bedrooms.

Company was very professional.text me day before to tell what time drivers will arrive, they called in the morning to say there 30mins away.put up bed quickly and end result was fabulous.

Remodled headboard was loose and unstable and I've had to get brackets fitted to the headboard and wall to stop it toppling onto the bed. Have been offered two pieces of wood to screw on to sides of headboard to try and stabilise it. Fabric is marked in places and there are staples visible on footboard. Design is noticeably not straight, Slats do not lie flat as centre strut is higher than side rail struts All in all a poor quality product not worth the money. Have been offered £30 refund as a goodwill gesture.!!! On the positive side the mattress is very comfortable.

Would recommend answered all my questions very quickly. Ordered fabric not listed. Delivered and assembled with speed looks fantastic.

The WhatsApp chat was so great and helpful did explain about everything what I needed and reapply quickly almost anytime
Then the bed and the mattress are really great I did order the king size one

Heavenly beds have been amazing from start to finish. I ordered samples of material to help me decide on which colour I wanted, they arrived quickly. Using WhatsApp made communication so much easier and I always had a reply within a few minutes. All my questions were answered such as a certain delivery date I wanted as I didn’t want it within the 5 days it says online. I ordered the bed and it arrived yesterday ,I also had it assembled so I didn’t have to bother any family. The bed is lovely and the quality is of high standard. Overall customer service is excellent. You can’t go wrong with this company I highly recommend. Thank you for such a good service.

Fantastic service,HdBeds went above and beyond on the WhatsApp service to ensure my colour and material choice was right for me before ordering.Kept me upto date with delivery and my order status. Customer care was amazing and quick responses when contacted. Highly reccomend to others to order with ease and reassurance. My Bed and Footstool arrived in perfect condition and well wrapped for transit. Delivery guys kept me upto date when on way with estimated time of arrival and upto date traffic issues. Easy pleasant service from ordering to delivery which I must say was very quick.
