No contact since July 2025

I sent a faulty USB drive to the company from Denmark.
Multiple times told me they'd get back to me in a few weeks or next month.

The feedbacks at first was decently active, and I was kept updated on the situation. Even if it was just delays notices.

I always waited a whole month before asking into the progress. 30 days difference.

The last time I heard from them was at Sat 05/07 2025 (dd/mm yyyy), 09:21 AM

Ever since, no words from them at all.
No updates. No progress information.
Nothing.

Essentially, they have just run away with my faulty USB drive with whatever sensitive data there was on it. Recoverable or not.

Would not recommend, in memory of my files on that USB drive.

(If they get back to me, and get my USB either fixed and/or returned, I will reconsider the rating I have given)
