I had previously ordered a new camera from Hdew and was impressed with the whole ordering process and delivery time, I ordered 2 new lenses on the afternoon of the afternoon of 27th October and was gob smacked that they were delivered on the morning of the 30th October to a Scottish Highland address, items arrived well protected in the package. Certainly can recommend Hdew as a photographic supplier.

After buying a camera from HDEW I struggled to find a lens that would fit, a lovely man helped me choose by asking me what I was looking for and what my budget was. Having been to a camera shop and been told I needed a very expensive lens to fit my camera I wasn’t convinced the lens would fit, however when it arrived it fit perfectly. Thank you for your help I love my new camera and lens.

I ordered an OM Tough TG-7 and accessories and asked for a fast delivery because I was going away. Thank you HDEW - it all arrived safely next day. Great customer service and great products and prices. Thank you. If you’re hesitating buying from this company, then don’t hesitate any longer. It’s all brand new genuine items (I’ve bought a number of OM items) and saved a lot of money compared to OM list prices.

Really exceptional prices, lovely customer-driven experience, easy to use website and bonus deals all the time for extra bits off on top.

Top it off with a 3 year warranty on items, and for an expensive hobby it becomes the only choice of place worth using!

I've ordered three times now and on each occasion the items arrived within the 7 day period outlined on site. One within a few days of the order. I was suspicious on my first order but quickly realised these are a legit and trustworthy company. If I was to offer any advise to the company, that would be to show a better status update. Product show as being prepared right up until delivery. For new customers this can be nerve racking. Now I understand that I'm happy with the orders

An excellent product at a fair price with trouble free delivery

Excellent customer service, before buying my purchase I sent a question (not answered by the FAQ's) and got an answer the next day. The purchase was easy and smooth and I had an email to say the item had been dispatched with a link to the parcel tracking. Package turned up well wrapped. Couldn't ask for anything better.

Found through a professional photographer who told me about HDEW and that he’d received excellent service over many years, and he’d bought a lot of equipment, bodies and lenses. About 7 years ago he had a problem with a lens and HDEW sorted it on the spot. He’ll always buy with HDEW for the prices and the service - he told me they had a reputation to guard so in the unlikely event of a problem - I could be confident HDEW would sort it. 2nd high end lens (Canon L). Delighted.

Very tentatively ordered a Canon R6 mk3 camera & a lens to go with it.
It arrived in perfect order 6 days after ordering - delivered by DPD who gave me a 2 hr window for delivery.
