Came across Hdew website by chance and found the item I was looking for considerably cheaper than everyone else and available as alternative sites were sold out.
Arrived well packaged and kept in touch via email as to status of transaction / delivery.
Would have given 5 stars however rang the number on your website with a query and put through to answer machine on two occasions...left a message but nobody got back to me.
Still all good and happy with my purchase.

Fast and low cost service, but didn't like the misleading voucher
HDEW Extra provided a fast and low cost service. The piece of kitchen equipment bought was well packed, delivered well within the estimated delivery time and was offered at a cheaper price than competing web-based suppliers.
However, I did not like the misleading voucher for £60 off a case of wine that came with it. The voucher specifically stated that there was no need to join a wine club or pay membership fees, but when I went to the website and chose one of the offerings, I was then told that I was signing up to a scheme that would cost me £20 a month. Very misleading. Of course I aborted the process at that point.

From initial contact to picking up my iPad Pro 10.5 was very professional. I've used in the past HDEW for my photo equipment, so now I am happy they've expanded their business to IT as well. Would recommend them definitelly.

Almost there.
Emails with Hdewextra were prompt, friendly and very helpful. The price for the product was excellent. The only reason for not giving five stars concerns delivery. Yes the parcel was delivered mid week as stated, but no information about which day or when. Hdewextra state that you have to sign for the item, but in fact it was left with a neighbour. This was fair enough, but
the transparency of delivery charges and delivery details need to be sharpened up to be in line with today's best practice. The item hasn't been opened yet as it is a Christmas present.

Great speedy service with excellent price
Great speedy service. Oli was extremely helpful on the phone. I called them on a Wednesday late afternoon and received the Macbook on the Friday- which was around £100 cheaper than the Amazon website. I will definitely use them again. Thank you for making the purchase so easy Oli :)

Good company will use again
Good company will use again. This is the first time I have ordered and I had all my questions answered via email very promptly. I would have given 5 stars but I thought £10 for delivery was a little high considering it was 7 days (5 working) for delivery.

Genuine products at great prices
Cheapest and only UK seller I could find for the specific epilator package I wanted to purchase. Delivery costs a bit expensive - £9.99 and £6.50 costs printed on package, however even with this, still the cheapest option. Would recommend, genuine item received.
