HDM SOLAR ( Super Company)

In 2022 I purchased 4 X 410W Panels for an Off Grid System from HDM from their small facility in Hull, they were very helpful with all the fixtures and fittings I required.

4 weeks ago I needed to extent my installation with 2 additional panels so I contacted them again .

The Customer Services Manager, Melissa Hale was super efficient in helping to select alternative matching Panels and sending them on their inter company transport to their Wholesale facility at Dinnington Sheffield ,

The team at Sheffield were also exceptionally helpful in selecting the required rails and fittings.

HDM is now a company that has gone from a Small to Large a supplier but is still willing to help small Customers.

Nice people; very friendly, knowledgeable and aim to please. Would unhesitatingly use again.

I am not a regular installer of solar systems and so getting the right bits when I needed to relocate some of my solar panels was a bit of a nightmare. I was so grateful when I came across HDM; a got a quick response to my query and the team there put together a quote with all the bits and pieces I needed. Turning the quote into an order was just a matter of a couple of clicks. The actual installation was a breeze - I had everything I needed and they'd explained things like mounting spacing so I knew exacly what to do. Great service.

I have been in this industry for 17years and can honestly say that with Tayah and her team it would either not have been possible or not have been as easy. As a national business we simply require efficency, I know we at Deege Solar can be a challenging client with last minute orders and installing a vast range of products and our need for delivery all over the UK sometimes same day. To be able to not only do this but do it effectively without mistakes time and time again in all honesty shocks me and I think is truly a credit to the commitment to customer satisfaction and the desire to deleiver on every order we place. Tayah is extremely knowledgeable in this industry and her work at HDM with there range of products makes the perfect recipe for us. It's simple and I have been around long enough to know finding a way to get big orders to site on time and correct is a big ask. Seriously this review will have no true reflection of what there service means to our business and I can only say if you have not used them then you won't understand the value I'm talking about. I've purchased several times from HDM Solar; the equipment has always arrived in perfect condition; the drivers have been helpful, even helping to carry the solar panels into my shed and suggesting how to stack them. I would 100%recommend buying from them if you need any solar equipment. I once questioned some shipping quotes, and Melissa was wonderful on the web chat, completely sorted my issue and got me a quote over by email in minutes, which easily converted into an order, it is so nice to be able to talk to a human to answer questions, and Melissa knew exactly what i needed and was super efficient

Just great from the start, if I had to describe my experience with HDM Solar it would have to be faultless.

I made a follow up order and have been able to experience the excellent customer service for a second time.
Great service and superb products means I have a perfectly completed job.

I used HDM Solar to purchase 90% of the equipment I needed for my DIY solar install. A 6.5kw array with SunSynk inverter and the Esdec mounting system.

My plans and equipment changed a couple of times during the planning stages and I found Melissa to be very helpful and patient throughout.

The delivery guys were also helpful and friendly moving the heavy equipment to where it needed to be. A couple of items were supplied by the distributer in the incorrect size but this was resolved quickly without causing delay to the project.

Would highly recommend.

The service from Melissa in the sales team was excellent, HDM Solar had everything I needed in stock (and probably more) their prices were fair and delivery excellent. The purchase wasn’t without incident as it’s so blooming hard to get one’s money from banks now-a-days and typically I’d left it late, but Melissa was so patient to an old codger! Thanks…
