company had issue with parcel force strike they found another courier and the parcels arrived the next day thanks to Melissa at hdm solar would highly recommend they have items in stock not pre order awaiting stock like other companies.

Fantastic customer service and fair prices.
I am very happy with the service received. Nothing was too much for them when I acquired for some solar panels before my purchase and they always replied very fast and friendly.
Opposite to some other companies selling solar panels they offered as well a free pickup in Hull which was great to save delivery costs and to enjoy some time for a short visit to Hull ( the old town is quite nice ).
The "after sale" was perfect as well and again very helpful.
I know how busy companies in the solar panel business are at the moment, so it left me even more impressed how fast and friendly their customer service is.
Thank you again for all your help and I can just highly recommend them.

Good company
After an initial enquiry and discussion by emails with Hannah Rogers, company director of HDM Solar, I ordered a 460W JA solar panel from them with a "no rush" home delivery option. The delivery was a bit delayed (14 days instead of the 7-11 days originally planned) as the company is currently very busy with a lot of installations. But during the wait, I had no problem getting in touch with someone from the company and my concerns were addressed by emails from their Customer Service within 1-2 days each time. The panel I received was from a different make (Canadian Solar instead of JA), but with exactly the same specs (mono-crystalline, size, output power, voltage, etc) so I did not mind. The panel works brilliantly and overall very pleased with my purchase. Would use the company again.
