Ordered from this company and nothing arrived after almost 2 weeks. Went to mail the company and getting an automatic response that they will look into it. After that no response. After numerous attempts to get a hold of a normal human being they said my order wasn't even shipped and they don't know why. They promised me my money back so i hope they will. If i didn't ask anything i just wouldn't get anything.

Sent my address wrong and Rebecca changed address and I got it 3 days later

I really needed the sunflower card and lanyard to go to an exhibition, as I had problems before with rude officials thinking I was just trying to queue jump and made me feel dreadful.
I followed a link from an official site to hidden disabilites. It took me ages to do all the required things and upload a photo. Expected the card over a week ago, when I went onto the website to check where it was to find the company had just refunded me (or so it says) no communication. Very unprofessional and disappointing

Really happy with the service, was worried after looking at the reviews here which is why I didn’t place my order for a very long time but living with a rare muscle weakness illness I needed my personalised hidden disability card which only they provided and off I went and placed my order , order was here within a week, only downside is there was no update regards to the order only had an confirmation , there was no update of when it was shipped and when you put the letters in the card thing it keeps on changing them to lower case so basically my first name was lower case and so was my surname which ideally I would like my first letter of my surname and first name be capital and it was the same with the emergency contact details other than that I’m happy with the purchase

Ordered in September 2022, waited the 10 working days before contacting (as advised by their website) and have been following up since October to promises of it being resent. Lanyard not received and they are ignoring email requests for refund.

Still waiting for my order after almost a month. Keep sending a ticket to look into this, get a generic reply, never get to speak to a human and keep claiming they are resending it. Don't bother ordering from this company who live to scam disabled people. How do you sleep at night?

Awful scam company. For a company whose purpose is supposed to benefit the quality of life of disabled people, they treat us terribly. They have my money and I have not received my order (placed >2 months ago). I have just asked for a refund.

If I could give zero stars I would. Customer service from this company is appalling. Missing order and I have submitted several complaints and nothing is done about it. I have now asked for a refund. AVOID!
