Placed an order and cancelled prior to bat arriving at HB Sports as bat was a preorder. HB cancelled order, didn’t ship bat, yet charged a 3.5% transaction fee for a product that they neither had in stock or shipped.

We’re sorry to hear that you’re upset with our policy. As you mentioned, you have purchased from us for quite some time, and we’re sorry this situation let you down.
Unfortunately, due to the increase in cancellations and the losses we incur from transaction fees, this policy was implemented more than three years ago. We do clearly state this on our website.
That said, if this ever comes up again in the future, we are always able to issue the refund as full store credit instead.

HBS is top notch.
The people at HBS are always top notch, I go every chance I get for some BP. Their store is always clean and full of great selections, and the cages are top of the line. Would recommend for anyone wanting to put in some serious BP time while beating the Florida heat!
