I have never purchased from Headbanger…

I have never purchased from Headbanger before so this bat purchase was my first experience. Bat arrived in the usual time about 6 days. My problem was when I reached out to headbanger inquiring about the warranty, I was connected to their voicemail and left a message with my contact information ( during open hours of operation) and still have not received a call back, been well over a week now. Because of that I’m unsure how well their customer service is , I had read it was good, but this far has not been my experience.

Awesome time …
