I phoned up 'Headlines Hair & Beauty Supplies' based at Unit 4, Space Business Park Abbey Rd, London NW10 7SU to ask about a particular high-end product which was marked 'out of stock' on their website.
I spoke to Stephen (who was so polite and patient with me) who said that the particular product was actually back in stock, and he would be updating their website.
He did that right away and I was able to put in my order on 7 Nov 22, paid £4.50 for DHL shipping which to my utter delighted surprise arrived the very next day 8 Nov 22 before noon!
Their products are very reasonably priced and work out cheaper than most beauty supply shops I checked out.
Aside from Amazon Prime and paying exorbitant rates for next day delivery service I haven't experienced this level of great shopping/delivery experience before, so thank you so much Headlines Hair & Beauty Supplies, I'm very glad I found you!
