I haven’t received the order. What I have received is a reply and reassurance since the past 2 months that my order will be shipped soon. I didn’t get a refund despite asking. And now I get a feedback form without receiving the product. Just a mail its been shopped with tracking link not working. Please don't waste your time buying.

Bad quality

I had a Java and the quality was good but i lost the mug. For the new so called *pre-ordered* batches, the quality is garbage. There is a joint in the base and the rest of the body of the inside of the java tumbler! And the joint is visible, has gaps, is eroded and black!

I guess the quality mattered only the first time around.

Order it on aug 8 still no response.worst customer service. Received msg tat bottle wil be dispatch by sep 20 and thn it was changed to oct 25 . Not no response. Pathetic customer service. Thy are cheating so my PPL. Looks like big scam. Should hv order from Amazon big mistake ordering frm website.

Very poor customer experience no updates and no responses to emails order not even shipped already been three weeks and nobody is responding to emails. No clue what happened to the hefty amount I spent in ordering from them ordered 2 items the Java Tumblers I’m clueless if I will get back my money!

Placed an order 53 days ago. Haven't received the product as yet. The so-called Customer Service keeps on emails we will dispatch it in this week and then the later and then the later

The cup itself looks good, is sturdy and doesn’t leak. The rubber seal on the lid became loose after the first use and the finishing around the rim of the cup could be better.

Took them over a month to deliver my order. I requested a delivery location change — customer support confirmed it was updated “in the backend,” yet they still shipped it to my old address. I had to travel all the way back just to collect the package. Completely unacceptable. Their customer support is all talk, zero accountability — fancy words, useless service.
Avoid buying from them unless you enjoy frustration.

The headway tumbler (order No. HE37516) received just 4 days back. The tumbler build quality is good but the lid is spilling out and the finishing at the top is also not good (welded part is showing up), and the tumbler is getting hot outside also to hold, not upto the mark as you advertised..

The order was received one month after placing it, the engraving is askew and poorly executed. Overall very disappointed with the order experience

Rust at bottom joint. Inside bottom is not sealed properly.

Lid closing very rough. Stains inside on idelivery which aren't getting removed despite 2 washes.

I have been a long ambassador of Headway, but unfortunately the company in its effort to scale has completely lost its head and way.

Product delivery delayed by over 2 weeks, no clarity on order status. Once delivered product quality has gone from 5 stars to 0 stars.

Very very disappointed. I think I have ordered over 20 products from Headway over the last 3 years.

Headway took my order on August 15th, 2025 for a product that was to be shipped by 5th September. Every time I called them, they kept pushing their delivery date by a few more days.

As of 24th Sep, I haven't yet received my product from them.

Edit on 30th Sep: Cancelled my order on 25th Sep. Still haven't received my refund.

Customer support is pathetic. Totally disappointed

Not worthy, bottle has seal issues

I have not received my order till now, it seems this is fraud site

The quality is awesome but I am reducing one star for the green bottle. The color is so weird looking and the name printed looks cheap.
