Bracelet broke and no way to reach anyone re repairs
I purchased a bracelet and received it fine and loved it. Sadly about 6mo later the cord it was strung on broke. I tried to reach out to support using the email on their website but I got a error/bounce email response saying the mailbox is full. I don't see any other way to contact them but clearly no one checks their emails. I would pay to get it repaired if I could just get hold of someone.

Absolutely love their products
Absolutely love their products, attention to detail and beauty. Fast shipping and fair prices. The only thing I can comment on is adjusting for smaller wrists. It can be done as I have snipped off excess leather ties on every bracelet. It does make the main stone a bit off center though. Not a huge issue, but noticeable to me.

Twin Bracelets
I bought two of the turquoise bracelets and I love mine. The second one was for my cousin, because we spent a week at her house this summer, and had a wonderful time. She collects bracelets, so I know she will love this one. We both love turquoise. The bracelets are very well made and look delicate and lovely.
The packaging was nicely done.

Don't...Just Don't!
Having received 2 pairs of earrings, I was unhappy with the colour (always a problem when viewing via a computer screen)...also, they did not fit in the boxes supplied. So I wanted to return them...they danced about offering a discount to keep them, but I said no, I wanted a refund. Whilst bought in the UK, I was told to return them to the Netherlands (at my cost)... no labels just an address in Amsterdam. weeks and weeks have passed and they say they have not received them....so they have my money and I suspect the returned earrings and I have nothing...now going through Royal Mail for lost items...

Disappointing
Delivery took ages. The product when it arrived only vaguely resembled the picture. Brought as a gift for a friend but sent to the charity shop as I was too embarrassed to give it to her. Very disappointed.

Thanks to Healing Rock for a bog standard reply that seems to be sent to everyone who doesn't like their products. It came many months after I purchased. Despite me purchasing from a closing down sale, it seems they are still going. Beware of this company!
