I ordered 2 masks in December of 2020 I have never recieved the masks or a refund. When I email the company the email is returned unable to send. This company is a scam and ripoffs

I ordered a super soother knee reliever machine HVIP74752 on Jan. 2 /2021, four months later still haven't received it, been e-mailing them but now their site doesn't work, SCAMMERS do not buy from these people, report them to your credit card and get your money back, now.

No stars! They are a fraud! We bought a soccer ball for our sons for Christmas. Vivian assured us that it was coming. Well, 5 months later and nothing. That was 85.00 that I will never get back.

Another robbed from this group. Ordered foot skis and they said they lost tracking on the item when I inquired about it. Then asked to double check my address, then nothing and emails bounce back. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!

Without putting a star in there I could not write but it is not worth ordering anything. I ordered a blanket "letter to my daughter" on December 17 2020! Now it is April 8 2021 and still no blanket. I was promised by Vivianne that it will be delivered ASAP and now there E - mail address is not valid anymore. The blanket was $50.- so I am pissed. Please think before you by anything from Healing VIP!

I ordered an item back in September 2020 and never received it. I emailed the company numerous times and the last response I received was March 17, 2021. They've given me a tracking number that was last updated on October 16, 2020. When I emailed them back saying I haven't received my item, the email bounced back. Does anybody know to whom should we report this?

I ordered a heart Doppler from this website February 1st 2021...I still have not received it & I cannot get anyone to respond to any emails. Do Not order from this website!

I ordered 1/26/2021 - waited 30 days - and sent an email for update 2/25/2021 - never got a reply, never got an order.

Tonight, 4/4/2021 I tried to send another email, it was returned - email address invalid.

Zero stars. Ordered in January and I have been lied to about “lost” in delivery and promising replacement orders. I am proceeding with my bank to look into my purchase and they will refund me because I used my visa. They told me they will investigate this case if I don’t receive a refund this week.

I ordered a fetal doppler in January when I was a couple months pregnant. It's now going on april still received nothing and my baby will most likely be born before it ever even arrives, if it does that is. Waste of time and money

I ordered an acupressure mat a year ago. It never arrived. This company keeps replying with an automated message telling me ‘have patience, it will soon arrive’. Now they blocked me! Please spare yourselves money, frustration and anger and revert to serious companies rather than this one. It is a disgrace!

I ordered a blanket on January 14, as a gift for my daughter's birthday. I thought I would recieve it by February 4 the date of her birthday, but I'm still waiting.

Hi I would like to know what happened to my order. It's been 3months. After so many emails, no positive outcome for my order I think you owe me explanation.

I had placed order on 10th Dec 2020. Payment made but did not receive the item until today. Please do not buy from them, its a scam.

Scam!! Charged my card and 3 months later still not received! They do not respond to emails. I finally got a response from a Haley… Saying they would look into the status of my order. When I didn’t receive another reply, I sent another email, which came back undeliverable! When I tried to have this site taken off of Facebook… They refused to take it down. So basically Facebook does not care if you get robbed by this site! STAY AWAY FROM HEALING VIP STORE!!!!!
