Hi, I would like let management know, how honoured and grateful I am with the help and service that I received from Chantel. She made me feel special, and important. She helped me find what I was looking for, and asked how much of the product I wanted. She need gathered up the product that I wanted and carried it to the counter, where I paid her for it. She was very pleasant, always smiling and ready to help and answer any questions that I had. I try to always deal with Chantel because she is always so helpful, a nd cheerful. She makes on feel important, and a valued customer.

I am very happy that my foot problem which has been going on for a few months has been solved because of Mr. Bernard. I went to Health Care Solution, they measured my feet very well, made foot molds for me and now I am completely fine. I highly recommend that everyone should go here.
I stand 10:30 hours at my job. Before, I had a lot of difficulty standing, but now everything has become easier.

In store service to fit and order a specialty garment was very good. service after after that has been horrible. I have waited over eight weeks for an item that I was told had a 2week ETA. When I phone or stop in to check on the order, it is utter confusion and takes a least an hour to find the order. Then the clerk does not know how to find anything out.
The worst part is, I have paid over $200 for the item. Not impressed.

I have been ordering from this company for many years. Love the stockings. They are the best This company is quick in shipping and always arrives in perfect condition. Thank you.

The Venago DVT device does not work properly especially for the left leg. The battery is poor and I have to keep charging it. In the brochure it says it works for 12-14 hours but this is not the case. The DVT device cost me over $500 but it cannot be returned.
I also purchased pressure sore padded cushions for the elbows. Your customer service Rep is fantastic but the pads are of low quality material and cannot be returned. They cost me $68.
I am beginning to lose trust with your products and your policies.
I hope you shall take this in the right spirit.

There were issues with the online order that I had placed with Healthcare Solutions. Crystal kept me aware of the timeline of when I would eventually receive the items that I had ordered online and the delays at their end receiving the items. Communication, very important

The wait for help in the store was extra long.

They young woman helping us knew that I’m buying compression socks fr my mother for the first time. She did not tell us that my mother can try them right in your store. She just told us that the socks r final sale. U hv a special spot for trying them on.

Did not have the products I wanted. Some times you do sometimes you don’t.

Darin Harvey set me up with a new c-pap. He was thorough in his instructions and explained everything clearly. He was receptive to answering questions. I had a very positive experience with him.

I've been a customer for two years. I've oreder the sames supplies twice a month for my mom. I live in a different city so ordering is over the phone. When ordering I alway ask if the product is instock. And if not order and equivalent product. The last six months service has deteriorated to the point where I'm changing my supplier. I've been told the product is instock when its not, only to find out by checking on the order why it hasn't been delivered. A couple of times I've been told that their other store has the product and they will have the product transfered and ship everything together. When I see the delivered email I'm thinking everything has shipped, you would think. It turns out they only shipped from their store. When I see a second email two weeks later for delivery for the same order I find out the truth. My mom needs her supplies on a timely matter. She is at a state where she not tell me when things dont show up. The care faclity is keeping my informed as much a possible as to mom's supplies from this company. If this company did what it said it was going to do than there would be no issue. Unfortunately for me this company can no longer do this.

Very fast shipping, excellent product

I did not like being called in and making 3 visits to have to pay and get a refund each time.
The system may work different but it should be easy and i should only have to make 1 visit.

You sell a fine product.

I am still waiting for the assist a tray that was included with our lift chair. So the 4 was a bit optimistic but the lift chair itself is amazing. I hope to see the tray table soon as my husband really needs it
