Dr Leonardo Fasano went above and beyond for my surgery twice- and I cannot praise him enough! He is truly exceptional. From the first consultation to the post-op appointments, he made me feel incredibly comfortable and confident in the process. The procedure went smoothly- and the post-op care was outstanding too. The staff's professionalism and compassion made the recovery process much easier.
 
Today, I feel more confident and comfortable in my own skin. I am incredibly grateful to him and his team for their skill and dedication. Dr Fasano is a brilliant surgeon. He is clearly passionate about what he does. He provided better than expected results for me too. Being a guy in mid 40’s I wasn’t sure of the results but wow! I keep fit and am in good shape but after the surgery I’ve now got visible abdominal muscles I’d never thought possible.

He has the ability to not just reveal muscles hiding under stubborn fat but provide an amazing contouring and shape to you wouldn’t think would be possible. I feel great and the results have actually motivated me more in the gym. Thanks Leo!

I’m giving Leonardo Fasano & his team 5 stars, because of my start to finish experience. From consultation onwards, he was friendly, professional and made me feel so comfortable and excited! The procedure was so smooth, his team were AMAZING at helping with my nerves and treating me with care and patience on the day of my surgery. The aftercare was also 5*

Dr Fasano came recommended to me by a friend. I have been having a number of treatments with him for around 18 months. He is extremely professional and knowledgable, his attention to details and aftercare is 5 star. After a huge amount of research and a number of consultations for Liposuction here in the UK I was in no doubt that I had met the correct doctor to carry out my procedure when I met Dr Leonardo Fasano at the Harley Medical Group.
I can not thank Dr Fasano and his team enough for the AMAZING care and results you achieved for me. Dr Fasano carefully listened to me and covered all aspects during the initial consultation and the results of the surgery are beyond my expectations.

I saw Dr Leo’s work thru Instagram and his work at Kat and Co for a while.

I’d had consultations with a doctor in Manchester and turkey and I was on the verge of booking with one in Manchester but after researching properly that doctor had lots of complaints and I decided my body needed to be in the hands of someone reputable

I’ve never had a six pack and for years I’ve tried. I got to the gym everyday and during lockdown I put weight on. When gyms opened again I really stepped up my exercise and decided that I’d really push it. However after spinning classes and dieting I still had a slight stomach but the fat on my flanks just wouldn’t go.

I reached out to Dr Leo. He was really responsive and I arranged a consultation. He went thru my options and looked at my flanks. He explained the procedure fully and listened to my questions. I had a lot of them and he made sure that I was fully informed.

Kat and co was clean and welcoming. I decided to do it.

On the day I was worried but the reception staff were amazing and u was Handled by Nicola one of the nurses for aftercare after the procedure.

Dr leo explained everything before and went thru everything again. I explained my worries and highlighted the areas I thought he should work on. He agreed.

The procedure went well and I had stupidly decided not to book a hotel room for after the procedure, Nicola was so good and arranged with my friend over the phone to sort a hotel.

I was so glad I had it done and was fully taken care of and I’m so glad I picked kat and co.

The next week I didn’t work. I relaxed at home. I admitted stressed about everything and contacted dr leo to ask him questions- he always answered and was patient.

When I saw what he had done for the first time I nearly cried. He had given me a six pack but it was the body I always wanted and the body I don’t think I could ever have gotten by myself.

It feels silly to say but Dr Leo really had changed my life. I was getting depressed dieting and exercising and depriving myself. I really want to thank him from the bottom of my heart.

He’s done such a great job- I wish he had done my arms to match. So I am totally sculpted.

His work is amazing. Kat and co are amazing and I can’t thank him or them enough.

I didn’t think I would be this happy and I don’t think I would ever trust anyone else to go to in the future

I had Vaser Liposuction of 3/4 areas and renuvion with Dr. Fasano, from start to finish the experience was seamless, I felt informed, prepared and completely confident in undergoing surgery & couldn’t be happier with my results. Recovery was fast and I think this is due to the care provided before, during and after (thank you all at Kat & Co!)
My results are truly life changing only 6 weeks in and I couldn’t recommend Dr. Fasano more, he has created what I wasn’t sure was possible. Amazing!

I had vaser liposuction performed by Dr Fasano at Kat&co in Birmingham. During the initial consultation he explained everything in great detail about the procedure and what results I can expect. He answered all of my questions, addressed my concerns and made me feel confident. I was very happy to go ahead with the procedure. On the day of surgery I was very well looked after and put totally at ease by all of the staff at kat&co and by Dr Fasano himself. Recovery was quick and I was able to go home 2 hours after the surgery. I was given lots of information regarding my recovery and what to expect during this time. I would highly recommend Dr Fasano for vaser liposuction and would happily see him again if I ever decide to have any other procedures.

Dr Fasano did an amazing job at sculpting my body. It's important to pick a doctor with a vision that you have faith in, as I’ve seen from the variety of results from different practitioners that liposuction is far more of an artistic sculpting procedure than a medical fat removal operation.
He kept my expectations quite managed in the consultation, but I was more than blown away with the results, and 2 months after the procedure, they are still improving.
Having had liposuction before under local anaesthetic and fully conscious, the twilight sedation in this procedure was an entirely different experience and well worth it. All I remember was having the IV put in, then the next thing was waking up in the recovery room.
Couldn't recommend more and well worth the investment.

2022 was a year of change for me, and I shall never look back, thanks to Leo Fasano! Without wanting to sound dramatic, he’s changed my life - definitely for the better!!

I am in my early 50’s. I’d never been overweight, however, a combination of ‘lock-down’ over indulgence (wine mostly!!), and peri menopause, had not been kind to me! I had fat all over my body, that I just couldn’t shift. It was depressing. I had terribly low self esteem.

After taking the plunge and meeting Leo, I had absolutely no doubt, he was the man for the job! We decided to split the Vaser into two stages. Stage one, was upper back, lower back, upper abdomen, lower abdomen, flanks and Axilla. Leo also recommended I have Renuvion. (Thank you!!!).

Stage two, seven months later, and we tackled inner and outer thighs, knees and once again, Renuvion.

The results are incredible and continue to improve. I am back in the clothes I wanted to wear! My confidence has returned…I feel and look GREAT!

Please, don’t hesitate going to see Leo…take the plunge. He’s extremely talented. He’s a perfectionist. Top of his game in fact! He’s also very kind. He listens and truly cares.

My initial meeting with Dr Fasano was so comfortable, he put me at ease. His knowledge is incredible and I’m so so happy with the results of my surgery and know it will only get better. If you are unsure about surgery talk to Kat & Co and you will feel wonderful.

The end result made all the pre and post Vaser procedure worth going through.
Great care by all members of the team,before,during and after.
An example pain relief if needed,from paracetamol through to stronger analgesics,antibiotics for infection prevention and anti sickness /nausea meds if required.
Regular communication via emails and phone calls,and quick answers if asked.
All options and possible outcomes explained.
Now feel like a new women,and this after only six weeks,and improvements up to six months down the line.
Always felt some apprehension,but best decision made,never feeling any pressure to do so.
Could not speak any more highly of professional treatment I have received.

I am absolutely over the moon with the results of my vaser liposuction to my flanks, lower back and upper arms performed by Dr Leonardo Fasano. My once very box like shape with stubborn fat above my glutes and on my back is now gone. I have a beautiful hour glass shape, a much smaller waist, slim arms and overall a lovely body shape. I had my liposuction procedure done at Kat and co aesthetics with Dr Leo Fasano.
I had attended many consultations with other clinics nearer to home who had said that the inner thighs were a tricky area to treat and they could not guarantee that I’d have a thigh gap however once I met with Leo his knowledge and expertise came across straight away and I knew that he would be worth the travel.
I massively appreciate his attention to detail and he clearly takes a huge amount of pride in his work and was extremely thorough from day one. I’m so pleased with the results. Leo achieved the thigh gap that I wanted whilst keeping my legs looking natural and symmetrical. Leo also recommended Renuvion for skin tightening which I now highly recommend, the results are fantastic. The skin on my abdomen has been transformed and is so much tighter than before.
On the day of surgery I was slightly nervous however he put my mind at ease and visited me post op to inform me that the procedure was successful and to reiterate my aftercare instructions.
Nicola my nurse was brilliant and took great care of me not only after the procedure but also at my follow up appointments.
