I recently had vaser liposuction for my lower and upper abdomen, flanks and chin areas by Dr Leo Fasano. The procedure went well and I'm now 3 months after the surgery and I can honestly say the result is absolutely amazing. I'm so much happier and more confident with the way I look and am able to get back into size 8 clothes again after gaining some weight (especially around the stomach area) in the past few years. In 2013 I started to gain weight,
Like crazy, it was 5 to 6 kilos per week while working on the NHS in the laboratory department, my friends and family started to worry about me.
One of my Doctors told me that I had an early menopause symptom.
Some of my doctor's friends couldn't figure out what was wrong with me.
I went from 55-KILOS to 128-KILOS
By 2014 I was out of breath and feeling so tired; my blood pressure was higher; my cholesterol was high. I was also diagnosed with diabetes;
For the sake of my health, I started paying for health insurance.
And I started doing all the tests to find out why I was putting on so much weight in a brief period.
Finally, by October 2014, I was diagnosed with an underactive thyroid and fibromyalgia; my doctor prescribed me thyroxine hormone pills to be taken for the rest of my life every morning.
Also, tramadol for my fibromyalgia pain, but this tramadol does make me sick, so I decided to treat my fibromyalgia with meditation and swimming.
I do blood tests every three months to ensure
I am taking the correct amount of thyroxine hormone.
My doctors decided to put me on a strict diet and planned a gastric sleeve surgery for 2019 due to the covid19 pandemic; my doctors rescheduled my gastric sleeve surgery to September 2020,
Following a strict diet and lots of exercises, I managed to have my gastric sleeve in 2020,
I lost a lot of weight after having my gastric sleeve surgery with the help of a personal trainer five days per week.
But there was a lot of fat in some specific areas of my body that weren't going anywhere, no matter how hard I trained in the gym.

Dr Leo Fasano exceeded my expectations.
Dr Leo was straight forward with me from the beginning and as I was going for Vaser-Lipo treatment, explained from the start the realistic results I would gain. He also mentioned that in his professional opinion that I was suffering from Lipoedema, which for ten years it had been hard for me to find any Drs who were trained in this.

I went to Dr Fasano to get my flanks upper and lower abdominals and a gynecomastia.

He understood the exact look I was going for and what I wanted to achieve. He explained everything in detail and answered all my questions and filled me with confidence I was in the right hands.

On the day of operation everything was smooth and on time with any questions again answered. I had found Dr Fasano online on YouTube where he spoke in depth about the procedures he was able to offer. I instantly got a vibe from him... I researched him more to find out what his work was like and to see his skills as I had been to previous consultations with surgeons and never got the nice comfortable feeling I did when I met Leo.

Straight away at the consultations he asked what was my concerns and what areas were bothering me, I explained the abdomen & flanks area was something I would like to change. I wanted a more curvy aesthetic look with a little bit of athletic abdominal.. and that he has gave me!!!!

Saddlebags be gone!!
After many years of being unhappy with my shape (outer thighs) I decided to look into vaser. I researched for months on the procedure, down time and results. I kept coming across 2 surgeons near me who had good reviews and decided to visit them both. My consultation with Dr Fasano was very informative, I learnt so much more than I’d read about, how he would do it differently to give me the best results, he was so passionate about his work and so down to earth. I knew instantly he was the surgeon for me.
On the day of my surgery I was extremely nervous but immediately put at ease in fact we were all having a right laugh in theatre 😂. I didn’t feel a thing I even got up and walked out of theatre got into my bed and was brought a cup of tea and toast.
I am on day 3 now and I was up and walking about as normal yesterday with only paracetamol as pain relief. I leaked fluid for one night and I have hardly any bruising, the garment supplied is really comfortable too.
I am so pleased I found Leo my results are amazing and it has given so much confidence I can wear skinny jeans without having to cover up anymore and the results will keep on improving although they are already better than I ever imagined.

I had revision surgery with Dr Fasano to correct surgery I had on my inner thigh in 2019. My thighs were left uneven, odd with large pockets of fat left. I was very apprehensive when I discussed revision surgery, as I didnt want to go through the same again. Leo was fantastic, and very confident from the get go that he would be able to correct the mistakes made. I was sold! Surgery went really well, I was under local anaesthetic and was completely reassured throughout. Today is day one post surgery,I am up and about walking, with minimal pain and bruising. This was not my previous experience. I could not walk for 5 days. Choose your surgeon carefully, as this is such a big deal! I can already see a massive difference, and even a thigh gap!

My Name is Alejandro Klein, I had Vaser Lipo with Dr Fasano on the 12th of February 2020, This was because my original date on the 21st of January 2020 we had to postpone because when I went to MPH my blood pressure was too High for Local Anaesthetic and Dr Fasano was concerned about putting me at risk so he suggested I go to my GP get it checked out and then have the surgery once its sorted. and that Advice was the best advice If ever been given. Because I could of died on the operating table if it wasnt for Doctor Fasano. He didnt care about time and money. He cared about my well being and that made me trust his advice on everything. You may read about this fake review someone has written about him and its Ridiculous because When I contacted Manchester Private Hospital back in January 2020 and I asked about reviews and complaints The Hospital Said there are absolutely no complaints against Dr Fasano so how does these complaints magically appear. Today Makes three weeks since I have had my surgery and every time I had a question I contacted Dr Fasano Directly on my instagram and he was accessible. For example when my drains was taken out one week after the surgery I noticed one of the wounds wasn't healing quickly so i quickly messaged Dr Fasano , Sent him pictures and Video he told me what I was doing wrong and what I needed to do and then it was perfect . My surgery was amazing , Three weeks and I cant even see the scars from my surgery ! It's been a couple of years since the birth of my son and after trying every diet going and being a regular at the gym (weights/ Pilates cardio etc) I just found that I was struggling to shift an annoying band of fat around my tummy, below my belly button. No matter how hard I tried this just wouldn't budge. It would hang over the top of my trousers when I sat down at my desk and made me particularly self conscious. I just wanted to be able to wear the clothes I used to, I'd gaze wistfully at them all hanging up redundantly in my wardrobe :(

Obviously the cost of this procedure was a big factor and recovery time too what with running after a little one and a full time job to take into account so it took me a while to take the plunge. Being based in Berkshire, I did originally look around my area and also in london too for a surgeon, but I found that most of the providers that I liked the look of / had good reviews were slightly out of my price range. I did consider going abroad, but because of my situation and also some horror stories (though I'm very aware that there are brilliant clinics abroad that do an amazing job) I felt that leaving the country to have quite a major procedure done was not going to be for me. So I decided to look elsewhere in the UK.

After enquiring with a few more providers I found that Dr Fasano's clinic and team LF AESTHETICS in Salford really stood out. The whole process of arranging a consultation was simple and easy and an initial consultation was arranged at Harley Street, London as Dr Fasano does London consultations on a regular basis.

Consultation wise, Dr Fasano's consultation was a lot more detailed than I expected and he took the time to answer literally every question I had (which were a lot), mainly centred around after care and recovery time, as I was really worried that after such a big investment for me, I had to get optimum results and I just didn't want anything to go wrong as couldn't afford to be laid up for too long or have loads of time off. I booked in for Jan 13th.

In the time leading up to my op, Dr Fasano and his team were very attentive and communications were great regarding preparing, where to stay, what to bring, what to wear etc... my mind was full of questions right up to when my partner and I began our journey up to Manchester the day before. Dr Fasano himself also has a great demeanour and was so friendly but professional at the same time... As before all questions were answered and mind put at rest, you still can't help worrying though. I was up pretty much the whole night before, mix of nerves and excitement lol.

The LF AESTHETICS clinic was easy to find on the outskirts of Salford, plenty of free parking, very modern and clean. The team were so friendly and I didn't expect it to feel so relaxed which I guess is important as having surgery isn't exactly an everyday thing. Guess the worst thing was not being able to eat or drink!

The aftercare recommendations of circular massage (which Dr Fasano showed me how to do myself) and booking in for lymphatic drainage massages - well worth it as helps the swelling so much - were clearly laid out which I was glad about because I wanted the best of best results.

Now I'm a month down the line in my recovery I couldn't be more pleased with the results, I never knew how skinny my waist would be (I think it looks even better now than pre pregnancy) and I finally feel like I can be on top of keeping my body fit and healthy without constantly picking faults in my appearance and always feeling like there was nothing I could do about it.

Can highly recommend Dr Fasano and all the team at LF AESTHETICS, having liposculpture has definitely been the best choice I've ever made and I should have done it sooner!

Having maintained a healthy and active lifestyle for a number of years now, I have always struggled with certain areas of excess weight, that despite exercise and good nutrition I just cannot seem to minimise.
