They email out cleartext passwords

This is a pontentially very sensitive website that contains medical information and other sensitive data. I change my password. The new password is e-mailed me in cleartext!!! I was shocked to find this out. Obviously they don’t take computer security, integrity and privacy seriously enough to run a health business.

These are bad people

These are bad people. They did not return money despite multiple contacts through Amazon, the selling company. They refused to acknowledge my claim.
