The don’t deliver and don’t refund you!
Don’t bother!
I chose a specific date for medication to be delivered knowing someone would be in all day.
No delivery attempt was made. We have a large dog who barks at anyone approaching the house so it wouldn’t have been missed.
Contacted health express to explain the issues and they basically didn’t care. They said try tomorrow.
I explained no one would be home and that’s why I chose the specified delivery date.
They then tried to come royal made and told me to collect it.
I explained by the time this medication is delivered or collected it would no longer be safe to use.
Again. They don’t care.
I asked for a new pen to be sent out or a refund so I could re order and get it in time for my dose day.
They said they’ll get back to me in 4 days?!
They’ve also told me the medication will not be useable if not delivered within 48 hours…which it hasn’t and won’t be. And yet aren’t issuing a refund or replacement.
Completely wasted a day at home waiting for a delivery that has never arrived.
So they’re delaying my medication because they failed to follow instructions and deliver on the chosen date. And have tried to blame this mistake on the delivery company and then make me rectify it.
