Cannot get a gp appointmnet so booked this as I have ear pain and throat pain, was given amoxicillan for just 5 days , no help at all, made another appointment today for the same reason and was told to go to out of hours doctor, even though its the same thing that another short course of an antibiotic would have cleared.
Very dissapointed and wont be using this service again.

The doctor was on time, reliable, and provided me with everything I needed.

The GP was super, really dedicated, she called me back a few times to talk through further details around the vaccine options.

Both pharmacists I met in Boots were also great, professional, knowledgeable and personable. The service overall worked really seamlessly from making appointment with GP to making appointment at Boots and attending for the vaccines.

Excellent experience from start to finish. I rang first thing in the morning and had a doctor call me within the hour. Asked me loads of questions which I found really good . He didn’t just fob me off. He sent in my prescription to the chemist straight away . Such a good service and all very friendly helpful staff

Excellent service, got an appointment quickly when there no appointments available with my own GP. The doctor listened carefully to my description of symptoms, he was clear and easy to understand, he provided a prescription which thankfully resolved everything for me.

I was able to get an appointment on the same day as requested. The doctor was professional and friendly.

Frustrating is an understatement. I've been using this service for over a year only because I have no other choice,but they're not good when you need something. It's impossible to get a clear answer to a question in a timely manner. Prescription requests always take several days or a week to process. They give vague and differing answers as to whether or not I will EVER be able to have refills for my very simple prescription written by my GP rather than them, because they obviously want to keep gathering monthly prescription renewal fees off me forever for doing absolutely nothing. It's a ridiculous system.

This service is very good for people who work long hours. Easy to book an appointment and with wait times that is was less as compared to going to the gp clinic. I wish for this service to continue. Keep up the good work.

Easy to book and was able to get an appointment within an hour on a Sunday morning. Doctor was genuinely helpful and took the time to give advise as well as prescribing treatment

I got my first consultation with HealthHero back in July (weight management). The online consultants are great and very helpful. I always got my prescription sent over to boots promptly after the follow up. I lost 14 kg in 4 months and I highly recommend them for weight management

I have booked a consultation with an online GP after i fell and hurt myself and all my worry went away after the schedulled phonecall. He gave me a referral for the ER and advised to go straight away. I had gotten an Xray the same day and got my result that nothing is broken. I was reliefed. Got also a prescription for pain killers and ointment to soothen the pain. Everything was done within a few hours! I am greatfull and highly recomend their services!
