I have used their flower essences for 8 years now and have got so much support from these guys throughy heAling journey with amazing results. They are v passionate in what they do and it shows . They have such a wide variety of essences I will never tire of mAking purchases from them for me and my family I love this website!

Hi Angela, thank you for bringing this to our attention. You are quite right, of course, the Chanel Islands are exempt from UK VAT. I have spent the afternoon trying to find a way around this problem but have been unable to change our ecommerce solution to take account of this. I have, however, refunded you the VAT and will continue to see if I can find a long term solution. I hope that's OK.
