I have been duped! Thought this was a UK London based company but turns out returns have to be sent to their Asian warehouse at customer's expense. I am still waiting for them to send me address. Dresses are nothing like the photos and made of cheap polyester. Unwearable! Be warned!
I ordered some dungarees. First of all, they took a long time to come. It must have been at least 2 weeks. The company call themselves Isabellavigne London but the item seemed to come from China or somewhere in Asia. Dungarees are usually made of cotton but these were made of a very flimsy polyester with 5 spandex. Horrible. They were also labelled as small but I would say they were at least medium.
I tired to arrange a return and followed the instructions for this. They then asked me to send photos of the back and front and labels. Why??? Avoid this company.
